Feb 21, 2025Loved the Fiesta Americana-Puerto Vallarta!
Love the size of this resort! It had a centralized pool that made it easy to find friends. The views from the room were incredible! Whale watching was amazing from our balcony. We would definitely go back. Food was good and service was amazing. Our favorite waiters- Ignacio “Nacho” and Rafael! Next week Our favorite Mexican Resturant host-Dana!

Wonderful Experience
Our experience at the resort was amazing. Food was great. Attention to service and cleanliness was spot on. Our serice team Luis, Giovanni, and Sergio were amazing poolside service and took good care of us. Food at the restaurants and the buffet were varied everyday and there was a little something for everyone. We would come back!

The absolute best!
Not only is the resort very clean and relaxing, but it’s the staff that makes this place stand out. Everyone does an outstanding job and is incredibly friendly to boot. Luis took care of by the pool our whole stay. Our drinks were never dry and he’s so kind! We met so many people that say they come back to the Fiesta Americana year after year and I completely understand why. The location is good, the city is safe, resort is beautiful and clean and the people are the best. We can’t wait to come back!

Best family resort stay ever!
Awesome stay for 4 nights. Super staff, nice rooms, excellent resturants, wonderful beach and pool complex. I selected this package from Costco Travel. We were a party of 9 family members; 5 adults and 4 small children. Everyone had an amazing time.

Great food, Great Company, Great Staff, and a Great time
Came for my Brother's wedding and so very glad we did. EVERYONE is super nice here, from the staff to the people of the city. We have had nothing but the best time since arriving. I can't thank the staff enough for making it such a pleasurable stay. Amelia the concierge was did her best to help me with my speaking Spanish, despite my blunders lol. If you decide to come here, know that you will be in the best of hands. Thank you to all the people at Fiesta Americana for making my first vacation in a decade such a wonderful and memorable one.
