All the workers are very kind and got anything I needed very quickly. I also enjoyed the variety of food that they had at all their restaurants. Eliutt was very kind and was always there for you when you needed them. I would defienetly reccomend.

Ten out of ten!!
Everything about this place is fantastic!! The room, the view, the pools, the beach!!! And the absolute best part is the people! This staff here is second to none, from housekeeping to service staff every interaction was great!!! The best if the best work the bar at the adult pool, Armando, Vicki, and Oscar are enough reason to come back every year!!!

For what we paid (quick 5 day trip from Texas) we liked it. Things we liked: location on coast, beautiful natural grounds, watching whales from the adult pool, adult pool was away from children, the Adelita restaurant was great, AC that worked, staff got us in a restaraunt that was booked up. What we didn’t like: HARD BEDS, food wasn’t bad but was underwhelming at Terrazas and Bamboo. Buffet was average, not bad. Not much choice for lunch. Adult pool was small. No service at pool. If you struggle walking, this isn’t the place. No elevators, lots of stairs and up and down paths. We would return for the price we paid.

Been a travel club member for several years. This is the first time that we were very disappointed. Staff was told of the issues, but little to nothing was done. With past experience, you have expectations of what to expect. When it falls short you are very disappointed. I was forced to use 2 of my benefits weeks and got nothing of what I was expecting. Our group did have a good time otherwise, but doubt I will ever go back to the Vallarta Resort.

Great wait staff
Alejandro in sports bar wen above and beyond to provide amazing service. What an amazing young man. Very fast and friendly service. We came back several times and he was always fast friendly and efficient._______________________________
