Your employee Yessica elevated my experience!! phenomenal customer service! Willing to go above and beyon. Cordial and engaging. We sought her out because she made us feel like Vip! I will come back to this resort just because you have employees like this!

Daviad has been amazing—he made Spanish lessons fun, helped with bracelet making, and kept us entertained the whole time. Super friendly and made my stay even better! He truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and included

Great Resort!
Overall great stay! Beautiful grounds, great variety with tasty food at the buffets and very kind, attentive staff. The little touches such as the coffee shop with ice cream, coffee and sandwich offerings all day to the nightly entertainment were appreciated. The staff always greets you and are willing to help as they can. Please tip these well deserved hard working employees. Shout out to the amazing Hilda in guest services and Juan at the breakfast buffet! Can’t wait to come back.

I've been to many royaltons and can say that this royalton did not meet my expectations. We purchased diamond club because we had a baby and a no frills vacation but that's not what we got. Check in was 2 hours, wrong room with double beds, no crib, poor repsponse time by staff including 2 days to try an arrange a new room with a king size bed where they ignored us, everything was an upsell even the cabanas around the pool, Mexico is full taxes, the beach wasn't cleaned well, the food was substandard at the restaurant. The Taj restaurant was amazingly good. There were some great things here but overall I was very disappointed in royalton Mexico! So sad

Náutica bar is amazing Diego one of the bests bartenders and Arturo best bartenders out here taking care of everyone one like a champ come out here and these guys gonna make sure you have the best the vacation ever in my opinion one best ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
