Our visit to Cancun and the Paradisus resort was a good experience overall. The highs are the beach, the customer service we received from some of the staff, the beachfront room view, the restaurants' locations and decor. Besides some minor lows, not worth mentioning, the biggest one was the food. The buffet was a big letdown, the quality of the options is not great, and the food at the a la carte restaurants was hit and miss. Most of the staff at the restaurants were really nice, and our concierge Galdino was always available and helpful. If the food experience is very important to you, I would not recommend this place.

This resort is still amazing. The pools, spa, restaurants, services. I’d like to highlight the concierge Christian. He was available from the very first hour, made all our reservations in advance, and supported us to resolve a small issue in the room quickly. The best rooms from the reserve are also worth the cost, and the stunning view of the sea is priceless. Staff working on the reserve pool were also great. The Bali beds are a nice plus, already included in the reserve package. Great gym!!!

A+ Service with Enrique
Our stay was wonderful! Our concierge Enrique went above and beyond to make sure we had all our requested reservations and activities ready to go. Service was great and the Steakhouse was amazing! Can't wait to be back after the renovation!

Book with Concierge it’s worth it!
Our experience of Meliá without our concierge Rodolfo Medina would not have been the same. He made it special for us as much as possible, although we were let down by the food in all the restaurants and pool bar as everything was always cold for our entire trip. On the last day at the request of Rodo the head Chef David came to see us and prepared a special meal, this came piping hot, so the kitchen can manage it, it was just a shame it took until our last night to receive this service. Thanks again Rodolfo!

My time in Paradisus Cancun was amazing! One of the best parts of my trip was our concierge, Enrique! He made our trip a breeze. We didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to making dinner reservations or customizing our vacation to our needs. He answered any questions that I had in a timely manner and always greeted us with a smile! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, he proposed to meet us in person to introduce himself. All throughout the trip he checked on us in person to make sure everything was perfect. He would also leave my kids surprises in our room while we were out and about on the beach! We will definitely be returning to Paradisus Cancun sooner rather than later. Thanks so much, Enrique!!
