Feb 20, 2025unforgettable vacations in costa rica and great tours!!
We celebrated our 5 year anniversary with a Vow Renewal ceremony. Everything went as planned thanks to the attentiveness of the staff. We felt comfortable and without a stress in the world. Special thanks to Jessica, wendy, and Carlos for making our experience unforgettable! The excursions (including zip line, surfing and Rain Forest) were perfect, well planned, professional and the transportation was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend the resort for your stay and Nomad Tourscr for your local tours/excursions.

The Staff makes this a 5 Star!
Just returned from CR & had a great time! The Staff at Planet Hollywood are the BEST!!! Oscar checked us in quickly & gave us a room upgrade. He's very efficient & professional. Jorley was our Personal Agent & made the holiday amazing!!! She booked all restaurants for us & any small glitch that arose, she was always there with a big smile to make things right! Big Thanks Jorley!...any requests we had she took care of!! David was always around to make sure anything we asked for was "his pleasure"!! Thank you David! Karolina is the BEST bartender I have met...her drinks are thoughtful & delicious! Thanks Karolina!...I am your Mom! lol The shuttles around the resort are amazing & necessary!...little wait & so happy & obliging. The resort is on a big hill, not sure how I would maneuver without! Tex Mex restaurant was the best - Dylan & Randall were efficient & helpful on food choice...& Joseph made the best handcrafted Margaritas! Tamara at the breakfast buffet was excellent! Sanchez was helpful with booking excursions & transfers. I cannot say enuff about the excellent staff at PH!!

Awesome resort in Paradise.
The restaurants are excellent - especially the buffet. Different every day. Big beautiful rooms, warm pool, spa & fitness club. The beach isn’t owned but the resort & is quite as nice as some Caribbean resorts, but we didn’t miss it as the pool was never too busy. The resort is built on a I’ll so there’s lots of climbing but there are lots of shuttles to help with the hills.

We loved this holiday our 3 trips were amazing Nicaraguan trip, wildlife tour saw sloths & mega combo adventure. Star class staff in the hotel were extremely helpful. Only issue as vegetarians we didn’t get alot of choice in the restaurants. Location of hotel is ideal monkeys on beach & closest 30/45mins from airport & trips to Rain forest etc

Great resort!
Beautiful resort and really great people on staff! Gonzalo was our butler. He helped book dinner reservations, find the best pillow options, and kept us up to speed daily on what not to miss. Daniel at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. Always got service with a smile everywhere we went. Karol at the Cantina and William at Gusto made us feel like family. Excellent service! We will return.
