Had a great time at the pools and great service from Henry at the Tex Mex star breakfast. Cabanas are a great way to spend the day! Movies were fun and entertaining. Different nights at buffet was good. Beds were comfy and room was adequate for our family.

Planet Hollywood Costa Rica exceeded all expectations! My cousin's wedding was truly magical. Adrian Gutierrez, Weddings Manager, and his team (Alison, Valeria, Yennifer) flawlessly executed the events. Enelson, Front Office Manager, ensured a seamless stay. Oliver, General Manager, and Karina, Resident Manager, provided exceptional leadership. Nelly, Sales Director provided remote support via her team lead by the dynamic Kimberly. Sonya's daily check-ins showed dedication. The property itself is stunning, with friendly staff, diverse dining options, luxurious amenities, and top-notch entertainment. I highly recommend Planet Hollywood Costa Rica for weddings, family vacations, or any getaway.

Wonderful service!
The servers are wonderful and so friendly! A drink and appetizer would hit the spot after a long day at the pool and before a late dinner. We came here three nights in the row! They were always happy to gelp us. Francis, Michelle, and Adonis are the best!

A spring break week at PH
After reading some reviews, I was nervous about our trip. We went for spring break with the family in April, 2025. Overall, we had a great time! There is plenty of activities to keep your family busy. We bought the package from Costco and it included star class which was well worth it. We had a directors suite which was spacious and had two bathrooms (very much needed for a family with an 11 and 14 year old). Make your dinner reservations through the app on your first day you are here. The food is very good. There’s something for everyone. Definitely do hibachi and steakhouse. You’ll get coupons with star class, so we got two days in a cabana for $150/day. Irene is spectacular - thank you!!!! We were able to have an hour of hydrotherapy included which is a unique spa experience (I won’t spoil it). Many thanks to Sebastian for walking my husband through an amazing experience. As a fitness family, we took a few classes. They were mid-day so no one else wanted to workout in the heat, but we did! Shoutout to Jorge for being our “personal trainer”. Thanks for burning off all our vacay indulgences! The PH experiences sold through the hotel seem to be price negotiable so talk to a few people before you decide on booking. They make commission and really want to earn your business. We booked a few excursions —a day trip to Buena vista Rincon for the best all around adventure park and wave runners on the beach. The bay is calm and not overcrowded - it’s like you have the whole ocean to yourself! Massages on the beach are $40 (best price) and decent! Not sketchy at all but you will be harassed every time you go down there. Must see the beach - it’s beautiful at sunset! There are monkeys on the beach waiting for breakfast, get down there around 7-8am with a banana and they will lick your fingers, hop on your shoulders — surprisingly extremely docile! The staff here is the most friendliest I’ve experienced at many of my stays all around the world. Cheers to my tikos and tikas — the kindest people! Recommendations: bring bug spray! We came during dry season but still my daughter has 25 mosquito bites (we counted). Bring water shoes for the beach/excursions. Pool umbrella near main pool aren’t very functional - rent a cabana for shade or go to star class pool which offers better coverage for the sun-averse. Ask for a stay in building 26. It’s right near the pool and not too far if you have to walk the hill for dinner/evening events. Thank you planet Hollywood for an amazing week! Highly recommend!

Lovely experience
We had a private dinner for my birthday and David was excellent. The beach was decorated beautifully. He was so attentive and accommodating. The dinner was delicious! I would highly recommend booking the private beach dinner. Compliments to the chef.
