Randel made my sisters birthday very special at dinner every single person that I have meet that works here is very hard working and very helpful and go the extra mile to please us ! We ate at the Mexican restaurant everyone was very polite and the restaurant is very clean I would come back to this resort in the future!

I travel a lot for business and go to many hotels. I was so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of every staff member in this hotel. The rooms are big and clean. The food has a great selection and very good. I also appreciate the coffee shop.

Our anniversary experience with Randall
Randall went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. His artistic talent blew us away, by the beautiful artwork he created on our table to make us feel loved. He created this impeccable creation solely using his bare hands and volcanic sand…a true artist. Realmente una experiencia tuanis en el Tex Mex! 🫶

Best server
Cabana # 12 our server was the best in the entire pool area . He was very friendly and always checking on us even when we were not on his schedule. The whole experience was awesome from the pool to the dinners we definitely will be back very soon . Costa Rica is our favorite place 💜💜💜

Get coffee at So Cal. Yess!
The staff at So Cal is awesome. Especially the manager Steven who gave us great coffee via the drip. Tamara and others did a fantastic job. We were well taken care of. The view is beautiful. We were given coffee early before they opened. Overall we were very impressed.
