The whole property has themed oriented by movies and Hollywood stars all over the place. You can also find interesting quotes inside the rooms by celebrities. Colors combined with purple, grays, and white inside the rooms give an elegant and dynamic atmosphere. Each room has reflected on the floor the initials PH at the entrance.

We booked a last minute trip and were celebrating my husband’s birthday & our wedding anniversary, on arrival at the hotel we received a red carpet applause from all staff, nice touch, and were directed to check in & given a welcome drink, check in was quick & painless, we had booked a swim out room, which was lovely. TUI put on a UK guest night with food & darts, at first I thought it sounded a bit naff, but we went & the ‘Luke Littler’ came out in me, well actually I realised I couldn’t hit a dartboard to save my life!! Anyway on this evening, the food was lovely & plentiful, we met some lovely staff, Itai, Guest services, in particular, as I mentioned the occasions we were celebrating, and he helped organise a couple of surprises for us, making our stay all the more memorable. We also frequented the gym, which had great equipment & even pickle ball, tennis & basketball courts, lovely staff, in particular Abigail, always smiling & willing to help! We spent our wedding anniversary in the Teppanyakie restaurant, which is amazing & our chef , Efrain, put on a great show & cooked up a storm.

Smile vacation
The people are so nice here, the personal here is very comfortable, you make the service by the restaurant is very good, the food y a little spicy sometimes but is good, about everything good. My favorite show is vanguard party cause is very fun. The entertainment is good, Mar, Noemi, Arleth and Mariana are so :-), I love them they are so funny

Wonderful 40th birthday trip!
We had an amazing trip! We got a Star Class swim out room, which was incredible. Our Butlers, Juan and Mafer, were both so wonderful. They were helpful and took care of everything we needed. Mafer even surprised us with dessert and sparkling wine one night for our birthday celebration! Victor Avila at the Adult Scene lobby bar made amazing espresso martinis and hooked us up with cobra shots. Our only complaint was the nightlife and the music. At both the club and the pool it was mostly techno beats which just isn't our vibe. The club was dead every night, probably because of the music. Other than that, our trip was perfect!!!

Wonderful Experience
Just spent a wonderful two weeks at Planet Hollywood- Starclass, adult scene. The beach is amazing as are the staff! Susy and Molly are the absolute best butlers - looking after our every need. The restaurants were great as was the drinks. If booking an ocean view room, ask for building 11, room 501 which had an amazing view!!! Thank you ph for a great vacation and we hope to be back again.

Fun in the sun
Great service at restaurants and bars Our butlers Edwar and Angel were wonderful We enjoyed Allen s humour We had delicious food and excellent drinks The beach was very nice, a little bit of seaweed but not bad I had fun at Bens aquafit class too Our ocean view room had the best view
