Angel was an actual Angel. He was very nice and kind and fun. His instructions were clear and he was able to communicate well. Best time ever. We did archery and air rifle practice. He taught us well and made is super fun. He was constantly making sure we did it correctly. He was nice.

Amazing Experience!!
We did the archery and rifle class with Angel and he was amazing. He explained everything throughly for a first timer and made the whole experience fun. If I ever go back to TRS will definitely take another class with Angel. Would recommend this to anyone visiting TRS resort.

Perfect Holiday
Alex and Maggie at Villa 62 were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Staff across the resort were helpful, friendly and professional. Cannot fault the cleanliness. Our cleaner, RUFINO ROOM 6226 was also brilliant, again could not fault the service.

Best vacation from all
We had the best experience of our vacation this January at TRS Yucatan. This is not our first vacation, and not to say anything bad about the last ones, but this time the staff made sure we would never forget about them. The hostess was Cindy-Lauren who always greeted us with such sincere care. The waiter Cesar was so patient and friendly. He made us laugh and even remembered our preferences and favourite things! This is incredible. The manager Dalia was such a great leader and welcoming presence. It is obvious that she goes out and beyond for her clients and her staff. And oh my, Chef’s Alberto! He came out personally to serve us and make sure the meal is special. He is a true master in his art. We kept eating even after we were full. Thank you to each one of you for making this experience like never before and nowhere else. We can’t wait to see you again! With best wishes and cheers!!!

Excellence!
Amazing stay simply due to the exceptional service! Beautiful weather! The ability to do enjoy so many activities, sports, fitness and so many wonderful different forms of entertainment! An exceptional trip with the exception of being asked to continuously write reviews and surveys, which becomes tiresome.
