My best vacations have been spent here at the TRS Turquoise, my butler Ray is excellent, always a yes to us and I recommend it, please give a good promotion, it is a great service We hope to return next year, we return home with a great experience

great place
Overall everything was good. The butler took care of a few minor problems. We did have (a) roach in our room until my husband finally killed it. I say a because they all look alike. :) after he killed it we didn't see anymore.

My first Caribbean vacation. They overbooked our rooms for 2 nights, but gave us $200 USD and upgraded our rooms for the other 5 nights for the hassle. The temporary room was not great, but the property is fantastic! Avoid the green shirts (travel club/pals) who offer breakfast and a tour, they’re just trying to sell excursions and will make you watch a long video.

4th visit
We have the most amazing butler Noris. She goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Deloris is also great. We had outstanding pool bartenders too. They make us feel so welcome.
