Food was the absolute worst food I have ever had at a resort in my life. Service was horrible, give or take a few employees. They were only pleasant if you had tips to give them. Drinks were horrible. I would never come back to this resort again. My children also got hand foot and mouth disease while we were here. Arrived on Saturday and fevers began Thursday..downhill from there. They were not around any other kids, so I’m assuming the pool… The money we spent on an all inclusive trip for 5, I expected A LOT better.

Great experience from start to finish. We loved the hospitality of this resort. The jerk chicken was our favorite ♡ Thank-you for sharing your beautiful Jamaica with us for a week.

Great service and lovely people
I had a really lovely time at this resort. One lady especially made it extra special Devana Authurs couldn’t have been more helpful which we are grateful for she really looked after us by the pool areas which is much appreciated. It made our holiday extra special and gave us a great experience being here at the palladium resort in Jamaica.

The spa was wonderful specially Willas Mullings at the spa!
I enjoyed my trip and getting to meet the people, what made our experience wonderful is the spa specially Willas Mullings! Willas cared and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were safe and well! He truly is what makes the spa a great experience!

Nice location but there was always something not working, ceilings leaking, they ran out of something or waiting for the warehouse guy.
