Torii restaurant is by far one of the best experiences. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Renualdo was incredible and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The food was made fresh in front of us and was one of the best restaurants we experienced on our trip. Would definitely go again.

Dinner at the steakhouse
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. I had a wonderful dinner at the steakhouse, where Yair was an exceptional server who assisted us with everything we needed. Thank you, Yair!

Awesome Hotel! Definitely coming back!
Top notch hotel! Food is amazing, and so is the service. Only suggestion is that the front desk employees, the first individuals we interact with, be a bit more pleasant. Beyond that, shout out to Dona (Donaciano) at the pool! We were with him for 3 days and he made our stay awesome!

Best experience
Went for a night out with our family. we had such an amazing time with family in Cancun! Vivalino gave us such a great hibachi experience , we laughed and loved the food. All the stuff was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely recommend trying this amazing place.

Best restaurant and hospitality!
The staff and Carlos were amazing. It was my mom’s birthday and they did their best. I would highly recommend chianti restaurant to make your night more memorable . He was very polite and very tasteful, helping to create a good memory of our birthday. We are very grateful to him.thank you so much .
