Good Vibes!
From the moment we arrived at the resort, I could feel the weight of my worries start to lift. As we patiently waited to check in, we were warmly welcomed with delicious cocktails and mocktails for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch. My son, brimming with excitement, immediately ran to the beach, joyfully diving into the waves. Watching him enjoy those exhilarating moments in the surf brought a smile to my face. As we strolled through the beach entrance to the pool, we were greeted by a vibrant bubble party that welcomed children to the right and adults only to the left. It was amazing to see everyone having such a great time. Throughout our stay, we indulged in an incredible selection of food that beautifully showcased the rich and diverse flavors of Jamaica, making every meal feel special. The next day was filled with laughter as we tackled the thrilling water slides and lounged leisurely by the pool, soaking in the delightful atmosphere. The beach party felt like a wonderful celebration of life, with music and joy filling the air. That evening, we were fortunate to attend a mesmerizing performance that culminated in a stunning Michael Jackson tribute. The energy was electric, and for a brief moment, it truly felt like Michael himself was right there with us, as we danced and delighted in the captivating two-hour show. Riu AquaRelle exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t help but feel grateful for the memories we created there. I look forward to returning and soaking up those beautiful vibes once again!

Vacation RIU
Excellent trip. Only issue was no water pressure and no hot water a couple of times. Customer service said that they were having a problem with their water supplier

Amazing Stay Amazing Staff
Just returned from an amazing 10 night stay, 2 adults 2 teen girls at this wonderful resort. It’s a short 40 minute drive from the airport and checkin was efficient and we were in our room within 20 minutes of arriving. Food and drinks were both of very good quality with a large choice on offer for both. We have stayed at various 5 star hotels over the years including some Riu properties but what really makes this one stand out is the staff. They are all so friendly, hard working and fun to be around. We would like to especially give our warm thanks to Pluto (Tyrone), Orlando and Adrian who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. They all have very busy schedules but somehow managed to take the time to get to know us and make us feel welcome. Activities throughout the day are plentiful and the entertainment in the evenings was very impressive with the Jamaican Show, Michael Jackson and Beach Party being our favourites. So in summary if you want a beautiful hotel with amazing people who will truly look after you then I would highly recommend booking. The only problem is you will not want to come home. 😢 Thank you everyone at Riu Palace Aquarelle you were amazing. 🇯🇲❤️🇯🇲

A breath of fresh air
This hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, kind, and attentive. The resort is on the beach, and you could literally stay out there all day. Pepe's jerk chicken was on the beach and was absolutely delish. The variety of food choices were good. The buffet had some of the best curry chicken I had tasted. I will be returning.
