Our stay at RIU Palace Aquarelle was amazing! From our ocean front suite to the service and attentiveness of the staff there - everything was amazing! I loved hearing the waves crash into the shore even with the doors closed. We celebrated my birthday and they go above and beyond to make you feel special and acknowledged. And the food!!! Everything you could want is there. The Jamaican food is on point with flavor and variety - I simply could not get enough! The themed restaurants are good, but the buffet is where the party is at! The beach is beautiful with white sand, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. My only negative here is not enough umbrellas and very rocky waters, you have to be careful walking in the water. There is plenty for everyone to do with fitness activities and entertainment shows. We are already planning to go back in 2026 and I cannot wait!!

Great Experience!
I visited Riu Aquarelle with family and we were appalled by the emaculate customer service from the dinning room staff. I want to highlight Tasena who always have a pleasant and vibrant smile on her face and ensured we were always greeted and taken care of. Our second highlight is Miss Linette and Amanda who were courteous and helpful. If you do visit, your heart will melt at your home away from home staycation❤️

Fun in the Jamaican Sun!
We had a fantastic vacation at the Riu Aquarelle. We had a family suite with two bedrooms and an ocean view. The hotel had recently reopened and it felt brand new. Beyond the hotel, the food was plentiful and tasty with lots of local fare on offer. The evening entertainment was fun with something for everyone. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Everything was great especially the food and drinks. The only thing that could’ve been better was the seaweed in the ocean and on the beach
