Overall the reosrt is nice but can use some work. We reserved a king room, upon arrival we were told there were no king rooms available. We were told my wife and I would have to sleep separate beds. Then we were offered to come back the next day or upgrade for 300 dollars. We took upgrade because we did not want to deal unpacking and moving to a another room. We didn't appreciate the whole game of being upsold.. it's tacky. That same room that we paid 300 extra for had black mold along the entire bottom of shower. I have pics to show. Also several days we found lil bugs in shower, which we didnt make a big deal because we are on an island. Some bars ran out of Appleton, a local liquor. The service at breakfast and lunch were very lacklust. We left tips everyday even thou not one worker ask if we needed anything. The entertainment is the best part about this resort. The team is friendly and really care about entertainment.

I love the idea of not so big resort. The food quality is great especially their jamaican cuisine. The staff are very friendly and nice. And their nightly entertainment is great too. And we were shuttled to and from Ocho Rios for the white party.

Best Hotel stay so far
I loved my stay at Riu Aquarelle with my spouse and would definitely go back for sure. Ive recommended it to many persons who are booking hotels

The best resort I have ever been too I will definitely tell family and friends about your resort. I will be taking a vacation next year and I will be staying at your resort bar none

I am Pleased.
Perfect little things to the comments: - There are no tea bags in the rooms. -Wheb cleaning, they do not attention to the condition of the balcony. -The lotion is out. There's really nothing else to complain about. I am pleased. So my wife.
