Apr 17, 2025Not a “luxury” resort
We have been to many Unlimited Vacation resorts, but this was our first Zoëtry. We were very excited as it is supposed to be the “top of the line” experience, but we were sadly very disappointed. Our room was not ready for hours after our arrival and both the bathtub and air conditioner were broken. They were both fixed after our second request. The wait for food - at the pool, restaurants, and room service- took 1+ hrs. Even when we scheduled room service before we checked out to be delivered at a specific time- it never came. Unfortunately a lot of the staff did not speak English so there were mistakes made with drinks and other small requests. We got as eye roll from the waitress at breakfast when we asked for decaf coffee. It was also evident that a lot of the servers had not been trained to be servers. The food was average, not the luxury we have had before. While the resort is pretty and the beach is lovely, we would not return to a Zoetry. Your money can go further at other resorts. I will say Erik at the pool was excellent with service and in helping us. He gets 5 stars.

Great weekend
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. There are only two restaurants. I would suggest you always eat breakfast at the restaurant by the beach. The other one is short staff and will take a very very long time for any service, sucks if you need coffee in the morning. You can walk on the beach but you can not get in the water. The water is to rough. We went in April and we were able to see whales. Every one at the resort is friendly and speak English. The wifi came on and off. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Apr 16, 2025Amazing family vacation (Thank you Jaime and Erik for contributing to help make our kids experience so amazing)
We went with our 2 kids (11 and 6) who absolutely loved the pool and beach! The grounds were always kept clean and maintained well. The food was delicious (especially the guac and chips, shrimp tacos and wings) I wanted to especially thank Jamie (Activities) and Erik (pool/beach staff) These 2 workers were absolutely incredible, friendly, attentive and they definitely made the experience for our 2 kids just amazing! Every time our kids saw either one of these guys their faces would light up and they'd be welcomed with a high five and a big smile! These 2 guys definitely made the experience at the resort an 11/10 for our kids and we cannot thank them enough!

I’ll be back!
This is definitely a piece of paradise!! We came for a friend’s wedding. Everything went so well!! The staff are super friendly, the resort is SO beautiful and I got the best sleep ever every night. They have a schedule of activities throughout the day and food and drinks flowing all day. Oh and don’t forget to visit the spa and get there early enough to enjoy all the amenities. You’ll thank me later!
