Feb 04, 2025Nice property but one and done.
We are here now and enjoying our stay however we will not return. The pool was very disappointing, too small and FREEZING! Very difficult to physically get in and out as well. The beach is stunning but the water is not calm and crystal clear. The ocean water however is warmer than the pool. The service is wonderful and the staff is terrific. The food is good, not great. Our room needs a renovation but the bed is comfortable and our AC worked fine. The property is stunning, lush and very tropical. All and all on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 5. For the price I want calmer waters, and a pool that we can actually swim in.

I will definitely be coming back! It was so nice and relaxing and there wasn't a million people, it was more of a small boutique resort and was perfect for a slow paced honeymoon! The customer service was unmatched and everyone was so friendly!

Relaxed, Quiet and Friendly
My wife and I had an amazing relaxed 12 nights at this high-end hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are first class - so friendly and all have a lovely personality and the food although slow/relaxed to arrive is very very good. despite having a room issue after 2 days, our Manager Pellany had us moved within 2 hours, which was a miracle tbh as there are only a small amount of rooms, Thanks again Senior Diesel ;) As mentioned the staff are brilliant so i have to mention the following ... Eliezer who will make you feel so at home, Diana and Jordy form the Lobby Bar who remember everybodys drinks and the following ladies from the restaurants ...Natali, Maria and Yohanna, thank you all x x x. Needless to say, we have booked for next year already so I will be in touch Pallany - stay where you are.

Underwhelming All-Inclusive Experience
The resort was pleasant and small by Punta Cana standards. Very tropical feel since it has been around awhile, only 90 rooms, and almost exclusively adults. It is the last resort on a road along the ocean away from the airport, and is a 45-minute ride. Food in the 4 restaurants was very average in quality and options. Bar and entertainment in the lobby every evening was better than expected. Biggest disappointment--beyond the small biting bugs--was that one of our iPads was stolen from our room the last day of our 6-day stay. Security investigated and said no staff were involved, even though we visually saw 2 staff members go into the room that day (we could visually see the room from our poolside lounge chairs). We wrote it off as our mistake for leaving it out, and will move on...but not return to Zoetry again. There are many other better options to explore in Punta Cana.

Zoetry quality
Excellent facility for the a quiet stress free vacation. Staff is tremendous and will make you feel like family. Johan is a great butler, Gabriel is the best bartender you will find, his smile is off the charts. Girbel will have you playing volleyball in the pool on day 1. Great all around resort.
