Top notch facility, staff, food and excursions. 1. Picked us up at the ferry and we were a couple hours late. Driver took us to get something to eat and was so pleasant. 2. Office closed when we arrived about 10:30 but Will (jack of all trades) was there to carry luggage, give us keys and give us info for next day. 3. Very clean and just as described. 3. Amazing staff. Booked our reservations for excursions as well as dinner at other places. Golf carts and Anything we needed they provided. 4. Food very good. 5. Beach bar a ton of fun. 6. Has nice snorkeling equipment, kayaks and paddle boards. 7. Loved the place being 7 miles from city. Was very quiet. 8. Oh and the best massage and facials from Evonne. Very reasonably priced.

Nice place
Room was very clean and well stocked, very comfortable. The staff were all pleasant from the office to the cleaning, grounds, restaurant and security, all were very helpful. Beach was kept very clean, but the seaweed on the ocean floor made it hard to enjoy the water (Nothing the resort can do about that) . Earlier reviews mentioned slow restaurant service and food issues. We did not experience that. The service, food and bar were all very good. Had a very good time.

The Perfect Zen Experience
Loved our stay!! The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Loved the room with full kitchen. They provided plenty of drinking water and every single employee there was exemplary in making sure we were comfortable and happy. The location of this place is wonderful for it's serenity and beauty. Alex the bartender can make any drink taste exceptional and he adds fun to the experience. The front desk help were exceptional to details and gave some great tips on where to go when venturing out. I also highly recommend Sponge our driver!

Magical!
This place is a must. Peaceful, perfect, magical and laid back. The perfect beach stay. Our rooms were well equipped, clean and beautiful ocean views from both the front and back porches. You can book mainland excursions right through them and anything else you need (hopper flights, golf cart rentals, food provisions). They make it easy. You can snorkle right from the beach and free paddleboards/kayaks. A great restaurant is on site with very fruendky outside bar service. This place has it all the chill laid back vibes without all the fluff you don't need. We loved that the location was 7 miles north of San Pedro as that town is busy as well as touristy. I love places off the beaten path and I would not have chosen anywhere else. The roads were bumpy but driving next to the beautiful mangroves dotted by friendly shops and stands far outweighed the cons. We will definitely choose them again. Muy bueno ❤️🏖

An amazing time was had!
My husband and I just got back yesterday from Xtan Ha. We had an amazing trip. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room had an amazing view. We stayed a full week and didn't grow tired of it! The food was amazing and vibes were fun. Special shout out to Alex at the bar. He welcomed everyone with a smile and laughs throughout the day!! We will definitely be back!!
