Dissatisfied
I’m an IHG regular…I picked this hotel since it had a restaurant and didn’t want to travel out for dinner. When I went down to the bar when it opened at 5 I was tools the kitchen was closed. No explanation. Also it is in the middle of a renovation. Staff was pleasant.

I wouldn’t come here
Love the fact that the first thing I got told when I tried to book a room was “there is no point since you have to be out in 6 hours”. I mean I feel like that is my business if I just wanted to sleep in a bed for 6 hours, but that is besides the point since I wanted to stay for a few days. Didn’t get the bald man’s name, but he was EXTREAMLY rude.

Bad Service
I just got kicked out of the room for doing a “late check out”. Called the front desk twice to ask if there was availability for late check out, it seems like the phone was not working because the front desk would reply and sounded pissed of the second time that I called, They called the room and spoke to the front desk asked about late check out , she said it was at 11 when I asked if we could pay extra to do late check out she said check out is at 11, packed my things on my way to do a check out and the front desk lady sent someone to take me out of the hotel????? What? What kind of service is this. Someone with experience would try to give you options but not the lady who was working on Saturday morning shift on June 29. The towels were yellowish and there was no body wash, hair dryer didnt work. I usually dont mind the little details but in this case I have to point out the faults in their regards.

Would not honor free breakfast
We were told when we walked in to book the room that our rate included one complimentary breakfast. In the morning, after we ordered, we were told the night clerk was mistaken, and they refused to honor the complimentary breakfast. So instead of them paying for their mistake and poorly trained clerks, we had to pay for it. I’ve rarely experienced such poor customer service.

Regular stay but good service of the personal
During my stay in the hotel, I had some inconveniences in my room due to the AC issues and the elevator sounded like it would drop when It arrived on the 4 floor but the reception lady Daniela helped us with a good attitude and was kind and she helped to enjoy my stay in the hotel thanks Daniela work's I would stay in this hotel again
