    Very good location

This resort provides a very convenient location for local attractions and shopping. Easy to check in and out. No major problems with the unit.

    Great Vacation Getaway

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Kudos to Ms. Tiara Melvin with her warm and vibrant welcome during my registration check-in and checkout. My friend and I enjoyed the warm pool and hot spa, as well as the gym. None of which were crowded during our stay. If I may, I would also like to put a plug in for the restaurant “Food For Thought” where the food and service was outstanding. We also made a visit to Colonial Williamsburg where we saw the Xmas Light displays. RCI also has been of great service to me and my guests during the planning and duration of my vacation stays.

    Comfortable and Quiet

We had an upstairs unit for a stay to visit friends in the area. The unit was clean and quiet. Furnishings and room were a bit dated, so it could use a refresh, but everything was clean, and all worked as it should. The staff were friendly and responsive to questions and with providing recommendations for places to eat, etc. in the area. We would have no issue staying here again in the future.

    Rooms need upgrading and cleaned

I visited Vacation Village through my timeshare for a week (11/30/24-12/5/24), which is different from the one I own. The room was nothing like the room I previewed when I toured the property to purchase a week. I pay a yearly cleaning fee; however, the room I was assigned had underwear left from the prior guest under the pull-out bed, dishes were missing from the kitchen area. the table mats were heavily soiled! I was so alarmed that I took the soiled table mats to the reception area. The furniture has chipped pieces of wood throughout the unit. I was so disappointed with this stay, that I left early. I am a member of this resort and I felt highly disrespected and upset that I would be placed in this unit.

    Very comfortable for families

Very nice resort, very homey feel. Most of the villas are walkable to the pool area. Grills available for each unit. We were right next to the children's play area so we could sit on the porch and watch. The units are nicely designed. The master had a king size bed, the master bath had a really nice big jetted tub and a shower. The kitchen family room area was very spacious. the other bedroom had a queen bed and its own bathroom. We had to go to the front desk for pillows and blankets so bring your own. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, but some might consider it "outdated" but I really liked it.
