Stunning Hotel
It was a very pleasant stay. I enjoyed my short vacation to the fullest. Everyone did an amazing job! Hotel is beautiful and clean. I stayed in ocean view room and the view was stunning. Thank you to Helly at the front desk for giving me the best room, and Taopik from room service did excellent job!

Wonderful resort in paradise
We stayed at the Westin on Seven Mile Beach in October 2024 for 10 days. This is a fantastic resort with excellent amenities and acces to the magnificent Seven Mile beach. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Ocean View Room which was a great start to our holiday. We had breakfast every morning at Ferdinand's and we took the buffet option every morning. There was plenty of choice every morning and the servers are very quick to top-up your coffee or bring you your choice of juice. We had lunch on two occasions at the Tortuga Beach Grill and the food was very good and reasonably priced for Grand Cayman standards. The beach facilities are plentiful and we never struggled to find sun chairs or beach towels. The beach furniture is of top quality and well maintained. One point to note - which ever way you book you stay at the Westin Grand Cayman, you are likely to have to pay a resort fee of USD 75 per room per day when you arrive. The resort fee was inclusive of all taxes and charges and covers things such as WiFi, Gym, beach facilities etc. In summary, a wonderful resort for a great beach holiday.

Great vacay at the Westin!
Westin was a wonderful place to stay with. The beach was gorgeous and the staff was friendly. Shirlando organized the kids' daily activities. He was engaging, super fun, and mostly he had a way of connecting with each kid - even taming my wild son. :) Dee at Torgua Beach Grill & Bar came with a big smile everyday. We can't wait to go back to Westin Grand Cayman.

What a fantastic place for kids - Shirlando is the BEST!
We stayed 4 nights at the Westin on Seven Mile Beach and had a phenomenal time although we had 2 rainy days. My sister and I travelled with our kids, ages 13, 10, 7 and 4), and our parents. Food and drinks - restaurants and bars were great good food and convenient. Many options outside the resort as well. Fun for kids - SHIRLANDO who ran the kids activities was a DREAM! Kids of all ages loved everything he had scheduled for them. He is ULTRA patient and attentive with the kids. The kids could not get enough of him. He made this vacation for the kids and for us tired moms! The beach - absolutely stunning, water was warm. We typically stay at the Ritz during spring break. What I loved about the Westin is how small the resort is compared to the Ritz. During the off-season, I would choose the Westin again over the Ritz as being at a smaller property with the kids gave the kids more freedom to move around. During busy seasons, we will continue to choose the Ritz as the pool is much smaller and finding a chair will likely be challenging. SHIRLANDO, THANK YOU!

Good experience. Great views.
The location and beach were amazing. Lots of great food around. The water was beautiful. The staff was mixed with attentiveness. Some were great. The “beach ambassadors” were rarely attentive and almost annoyed when asking for things. Resort food was good but yes, it’s pricey. So read menus before you go. Easy trip from the airport. Spa was lovely and one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Spa staff was very good! Overall we’d stay here again but I was less than impressed with some of the beach staff.
