Sports Trip
We stayed down there for 3 nights on a weekend. It was a sports trip where we took in a Husky and Hawks game. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Pike Place, ferry terminal Lumen field. The field was about a 20-minute walk but fine for us. We were close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel was clean with a small gym and pool. The biggest issue was the cost of parking. I was quoted $150 US for three nights. I parked for about 4 hours and moved my vehicle to a more reasonable parkade. I was charged $18 for those 4 hours. I parked in a parkade about 3 blocks away, so very close. Before travelling, learn of parkade in the area before you get there that way you won't feel compelled to use the hotel parkade. Overall, it's a good place. We place just over $1000 for three nights for four people so not too bad.

Misleading. Hidden Fees.
Hidden fees! We were charged an additional $95 dollars in 'resort fees', which was supposedly for the pool which we didn't even use (couldn't even if we wanted to since I'm heavily pregnant). When we asked the front desk about this, they were unnecessarily rude to us. Parking was $55 a day. And the 'high speed internet' was a joke, barely 1 bar all night unless you wanted to pay an additional $7 per day for faster.

Bad.
Really bad. Moldy and too old. The whole place smells bad and needs renovations badly. Guess they want to milk guests for everything possible. The restaurant really needs an update too. So old and stale. It is NOT retro or vintage. Just gross and kinda makes your stomach hurt to see! Saw a manager beating a staff member. Then other staff was so rude to us. Probably why. What a huge waste of money to not even enjoy the vacation whatsoever.

Seriously outdated and RUDE customer service lady
I recently stayed at the Warwick for a few days on business. My room was VERY outdated and needed an overhaul. The desk/TV area had sticky beverage glass rings that hadn't been cleaned off my housekeeping for the entire 4 nights I stayed. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful and gave me a really sore neck. I used the iron for some tops I was wearing, but no ironing board, so I used the top of the bed. The worst part of my experience was the lady working at 4:30am on Sept 26th/24. I had arrived at the desk ahead of my Uber arriving, and told her I forgot my sweater in my room along with both room keys (so I needed another key to go get it). She had a giant frown on her face, made the new card, and said "HERE". After running up to get my sweater, I put the key back on the desk and thanked her for her help. She didn't acknowledge me or say anything and just rolled her eyes at me and walked away. SOOOOOOOO rude, and I was being very pleasant to her. She was absolutely miserable. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Not recommended
Dirty, old, stale air, bedsheets were not changed from previous guests and towels were dirty. I found a blood stain on the bedsheets and hair from previous guests stay in the bathroom. I would avoid staying here, it’s also in the area where the neighborhood starts to get rough.
