    Thankful for the experiences exploring the island of Oahu

    The Hotel Was Great and located in center Waikiki,easy access to beaches, shopping and restaurants and most of all the staff was very kind❤️ Thank you again Waikiki Malia for our great stay and first experience in Waikiki❤️Greetings From Atlanta

    Hidden charges for basics

    In the middle of Wakiki, this is a great place if you want to walk places but that's pretty much the only positive. The $35 a day amenities charge covers things that other hotels include in their room cost e.g. room cleaning, access to the pool (more of a large bath), access to the gym etc. The attention to detail is poor - rips in bedding, floors that clearly haven't been vacuumed in quite some time, having to ask a couple of times before empty bathroom supplies are replaced. Even with air con off there was a noisy fan going constantly in my room. The parking is also incredibly difficult if you've got a standard sized US car due to the limited space on the ramps.

    Hotel staffs are very nice people. They are kind. Rooms are good. Two pools at ground floor looks nice.

    Comfortable stay!

    Waikiki Malia was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here with my family (4 people total), but the hotel only provided two towels. I wish the hotel provided other additions such as breakfast or an airport shuttle, as they charge an additional “amenities fee” on top of the room charge but I am not sure what amenities they’re charging for. The pool was small but clean, and the kids had a blast. The hotel staff were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful! Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again as the value wasn’t enough for me to do that again but I am glad that I experienced it once.

    Great stay

    Super friendly staff at all levels. Close to everything at a better price. Room service was responsive.
