    Lost item found

    I stayed here from March 19-21, and had forgotten my beach shall out in the balcony. Thankfully, Florencia with housekeeping found it and kept it till I came back and checked in today and she personally brought it to my room and left it on the counter! I'm sooo happy because it was my favorite. All the front desk workers are so helpful as well. Thank you all so much!

    Wonderful stay

    I would like to say thank you foe your kindness,smile, and being just wonderful at check in. Kiana was just wonderful. She was working when we checked in. Pls let her know she made our stay wonderful. We will definitely stay there again. The hotel is great.

    Great location with great staff

    Location is awesome. Shopping, food, drinks, and beach all close by. Amenities like free water and coffee were very much appreciated. Especially loved the hot tub. Staff was very helpful and the bartenders very skilled and charming. The Special thanks to Kristina for taking care of us. Mahalo.

    Fantastic service.

    Kristina was awesome. We arrived early and she was able to accommodate us with a great room with a view. Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel is in a great location just off the famous Waikiki Beach and in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants you could ever want. Thank you so much Kristina.
