Villa Premiere has all the necessary elements for a comfortable and relaxing vacation at Puerto Vallarta: excellent service from the staff, very comfortable rooms, nice/calm beach with a private area for the guests and many great facilities, like spa, pool and gym. Also, the fact that it is an adult-only resort makes a big difference for people like us that are looking for some peace of mind. The noise level is kept to the minimum, without rambunctious kids running around. Additionally, it is very close to the "fun" area of Puerto Vallarta: the Malecon Boardwalk (15-minute walk) and Zona Romantica (30-minute walk).

A wonderful time
Outstanding in every respect- the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The views cannot be beat, the little touches of friendliness at every turn, to the pools that make you want stay by them all day. Paul-if I was looking to hire an employee, he’d be the guy I’d want on my team. I cannot say enough about his uncanny ability to know what I needed before I knew what I needed! Javier, Alejandro, & Jorge had my next drink ready for us right when I wanted it. Veronica’s turn down service was much appreciated. Adele & Adan added to a most pleasurable stay. Many thanks to all.

We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.
My husband and I had the best vacation staying at Villa Premiere. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and we became members of the hotel within less than two days of staying. From the moment we walked in Tammy not only gave us the warmest welcome, but let us know she’d be there if we needed anything that held true the entire trip. Now, on to the time spent at the pool. I could write a full essay on how amazing of an experience it was. Beautiful ambiance, incredible and attentive staff, and the added bonus of Villa Premiere being adults only truly does ensure you a relaxing experience. Everyone made sure we were taken care of, from Suzy at the front desk, to Tammy our phenomenal concierge, the spa team who found my lost necklace, Christian’s top tier service in the restaurant and Julio making sure we had a safe exit…. but the level the pool’s host, Paul, provided was unmatched. From scouting out sun beds, introducing us to other guests, remembering every detail we ever told him, predicting sun movement to adjust umbrellas for 1/2 of to get sun and one shade… truly, the kindest most attentive person we’ve ever met. A big shoutout to Bernardo and Garoli too. Becoming members gave my husband and I a reason to prioritize travel, with a deal we couldn’t beat. We now have a new favorite resort.

Exceptional!
We return again and again and always have an absolutely exceptional experience! The staff are excellent, always friendly, helpful, genuinely happy to see us return, and they love working there. The facilities are fabulous and it’s a quiet adults-only getaway. Not a place for loud drunken parties.

Villa Premiere great for couples and tranquility.
The staff were very friendly and service was wonderful. Paul,Jorge, Lisandro and the concierge desk were very attentive and made us feel welcome. I wish the pool was bigger. Location is amazing! Near Malecón shopping area and great food. Beach is OK .. has rocks but not too bad.
