Feb 02, 2025Relaxing Poolside Getaway
My husband and I stayed 4 nights. Our goal was to relax and we spent a lot of time poolside where Paul helped with anything we needed. He was constantly making sure I was in the sun and my husband was shaded by the umbrella. He also gave us some amazing recommendations for places to eat offsite. After 2 days of exploring, we added all inclusive benefits and it was the right move, the food is very good. Be aware, if you have a jacuzzi it takes 40 minutes to fill so prearranged service from the butler is a must. I loved that I could hear the ocean from anywhere on the resort.

Friends trip
Wonderful vacation with a group of friends. Intimate hotel with great service, food and views. Perfect location to walk into town and explore. All staff had wonderful service and attitude at all times and made our experience a memorable one.

Excellence in all areas
We were so impressed with Villa Premiere. From the start, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and proactive. Being greeted with a glass of bubbly and a neck massage set the stage. Our room, a deluxe king with ocean view, was ample for us since we spent all our time outdoors. The setting is stunning, right on the beach, and we watched the whales play just off the jetty, no more than 300 yards away. The pools are lovely, though the view from the infinity pool is blocked by the palapas, which is such a shame. I do wish that they had a hot tub. We loved the restaurants, especially La Perla (which just put in a big screen TV so we were able to see our NFL playoff games). We found the portion sizes perfect for us but since we purchased the all-inclusive plan, if we wanted more, we just ordered it. I can't say enough about the staff who not only were friendly, helpful but also incredibly hard working. The hotel owners seem to take good care of their resort and their workers which makes the entire environment so extraordinary and relaxing.

Villa premier boutique hotel
Loved our stay here! Check in was easy, with champagne and a 5 min massage! All the staff were 10/10. Paul at the pool was our go-to daily for meeting new people, new restaurant recs and gave 10/10 customer service. All the servers at the pool were excellent! We ate breakfast and had pool food, it was delicious, we didn’t do all inclusive bc the city has so much good food to offer and we like to get out! The hotel is downtown so you can walk or take a short cab ride anywhere. The rooms were great and had everything we needed. All rooms face the ocean so it was an amazing view! The beach was great, a bit rocky and a lot of ppl selling items was a little annoying, regardless we would definitely come back here again!

Amazing Staff
We had a wonderful time at the resort. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The standout of all the staff is Paul without a doubt. He was very proactive and helpful with anything we needed or any questions we asked. He took care of us at a 10/10 level
