DO NOT BOOK HERE.
ABSOLUTE DISASTER OF HOSPITALITY. I am a Bonvoy Member and decided to get some easy points at this place when visiting Snowmass. The manager (last name Marks) yelled at me and double charged me and will not reverse the charge. I have to now go through my bank. They are a disaster. DO NOT book here. I will be relaying the message on every review platform. DO NOT BOOK here. disgusting rooms, incompetent staff, you can find better in Snowmass. Actually, stay in Aspen. It's 10000x better.

Great property in a spectacular location
Great property located slope-side at Snowmass. Friendly staff, and modern decor. The fitness center is roomy and has plenty of equipment. The outdoor pool and hot tub are right next to the ski run. The lobby bar has some fun takes on your typical cocktails.

Business Trip
Well, let me start with the ambiance of this wonderful property; every single person that I meet is amazing: Matt, Evans, Greeg, Ivan, Russ, Fabiola, Sean, Karen, and All. The room was very clean, and the food was great. I highly recommend this Resort for business, pleasure, or any other activities.

Much Better Than Expected - Great Staff
Unlike Some of the Reviewers here I had a Great Experience at Viewline Snowmass Hotel for an 8 day Ski Trip in January 2024. Staff are amazing and I got to know many of them fro housekeeping to the Managers, especially when I asked to be refunded 3 nights because a Storm was Coming and I had prepaid for the room and decided to leave early. They were responsive and very kind. Let me just preface by saying I am a very demanding hotel guest. Every detail of the room has to be comfortable and functioning properly upon arrival, so as a guest I call the front desk multiple times for service. A Microwave and two Coffemakers were provided, clothes were dry cleaned and pressed well and on time, Extra hangers and towels brought in. The Food at this hotel is good. Which is rare for a hotel but I had Breakfast Buffet, Steak for dinner and Italian and dont forget to try their Chili - friends of mine visited from Aspen and even they thought the Chili was excellent. It's true that the carpets in the room have spots on them but it's to be expected as people walk in with SKI BOOTS and SNOW BOOTS and it's obviously difficult to keep light grey carpets totally spotless. I did not use the pool or the Jacuzzi. The place is vivacious at night, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance, Snowmass is walkable but frankly not as lively or as sophisticated as Aspen. Snowmass is sleepy by comparison. But The Skiing is excellent. The ski resort is large and definitely worth a visit. This hotel is Ski In and Ski Out. Call beforehand and make sure you get a nice room.

Lots of potential but I give Viewline a C-
The hotel is pet friendly. If you have allergies, like I do, you're out of luck because EVERY room is allowed pets. Our room was on the 4th floor and I immediately had an asthma attack. The front desk moved us to another room on the 4th floor; still no ability to feel relief. Third time was a charm and they put us on the 5th floor. I was fine. The only problem then was being above the pool where music played all day and all night. Why? We're in the mountains. We want serenity and quiet. Eventually someone must have complained because by the second night, the music was off - at night. To allow my partner sleep, I would go to the beautiful foyer each morning for my coffee. The first morning was bliss. The second morning was loud music. TuRn OFF the music, please. If any of us want music, we'll listen with headphones to our own music list. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room. There was no attention to detail. Food stuff was on and under the chair upon our arrival. I think they are short-staffed because the first morning we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to get our bikes. After that, we just put the bikes in our room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. But would I go back? No.
