Clean hotel but THIN WALLS!!
This hotel was clean and the staff friendly but I have NEVER stayed in a hotel with thinner walls. I understand this is a value hotel at UO but good grief, when you can hear the ppl in the next room sneeze that’s just too much. I did appreciate that there was no carpet in the room. I won’t ever stay here again. I will pay more for an upgraded Universal Resort Hotel.

Great hotel, fantastic location.
We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite and will never not book this room. Lots of room, great amenities in the room. The ‘kitchen’ was so nice to have to keep drinks and snacks for the park cold. Would have liked nicer towels, but there were plenty, would also like better toiletries (maybe contract with a nice company). Great to park in the garage and then use the shuttle. to the park. Very comfy beds.

Lightning CAN strike twice!
They say lightning doesn’t strike twice, well I can say it certainly does when it comes to the Universal Endless Resort Surfside in Orlando. This is our second time at this amazing hotel and once again it has made our recent holiday to Orlando just perfect. From the warm friendly welcome at reception where nothing is an issue and they have so much information to help you along with your holiday. The hotel is spotless with constant cleaning happening all around. We always feel safe and at home when we arrive and stay here. The location is brilliant with the constant flow of shuttle buses to and from Universal studios and Islands of adventure plus Volcano Bay. These shuttle buses are a game changer as you can decide what you want to do and at a time that suits you. The location of the I trolley outside both sides of the hotel let you freely roam other parts of Orlando including International drive, the shopping outlets and more. Our room was once again PERFECT. I cannot stress how well laid out these rooms are and the facilities included in your room from safe, hairdryer, iron, shower and hair products plus the two large beds and screen plus the view of the pool which is worth the extra few dollars. The management and staff deserve a very special mention as they are top class. So friendly, so helpful and just so professional at what they do. No matter where you encounter them from the pool, to the cafe to the reception and beyond, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. After many stays previous to 2023, we will now only stay at Universal Endless resort Surfside for all our visits to Orlando and I highly recommend that you take a look and try them out for your next holiday to Orlando. You will not be disappointed. We love it.

Value Universal Hotel
Our first visit to Universal as a family and we wanted to be close to the parks with Universal benefits. So pleased we decided to choose this hotel. The hotel is very modern, clean and well themed. We were welcomed by staff and check-in was a breeze. We had requested a higher floor and this was arranged for us. Room was very spacious with great views of the pool. Beds super comfortable after lots of walking around the parks. The walls are very thin and we could hear next door talking and shouting but we were so tired didn’t bother us too much. Park shuttles were brilliant, we did not wait any longer than 5-8 minutes. If there was busier times in the mornings there was 2 buses for the longer queues, so we did not miss early entry access. Location of hotel is great - a 24 hour Walgreens opposite hotel and we walked along one evening to Conga Mini golf. We did use the I-ride trolley which was located at the end of the drive very easily to SeaWorld and premium outlets. If not Lyft taxis are easily accessible. We preferred Lyft over Uber due to fixed prices. Only thing we did notice and have fed back to hotel - that for the 7 nights we stayed the sheets on the beds were not changed once and the bathroom was never cleaned (ie sink). We would definitely return and recommend to friends. I think it is going to be great location with the new Universal EPIC Universe park opening this year.

Free transportation to Universal Studios
A decent and simple hotel, closeby the Universal Studios, which allows you to enter the parks earlier and the bus transportation to the parks also saves you time and money. USD 19 per day to park your car is not included in the rate and all cutlery are plastic and carton plates.
