We stayed here between the 4th of Nov and the 14th. We had a pretty serious problem (nothing to do with the hotel) Brenda and Genesis helped so much and we can't thank them enough. Really loved the pool bar, also. Thanks everyone else we had a great time.

Well Done Aventura (again)
My wife and I consider the Universal Aventura Hotel as our "Home" resort when visiting the Universal theme parks in Orlando. We have never had a bad experience in the four years we have stayed there. The accommodations have always been clean and the staff have always been kind and courteous, going above and beyond what you would normally expect from staff members. That said, I would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to recption desk staff member, Yarely. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She was also the first one to ever suggest looking at the carpeting color when exiting the elevator to locate your guest room hallway instead of having to spin in a circle looking for hallway room numbers. We are thankful for the free style soda machines that provide unlimited water and ice.

Another great Loews hotel
Came for Halloween Horror nights and was a great place to land after a busy day/night at the parks! We enjoyed the pool bar and talking to Brian, very friendly and helpful. We went to see the amazing views at the rooftop bar too, some of the seating definatly needs a refresh.I would say this hotel is geared more for adults, no character themes that I could see in the decor. So if looking for a more adult mix at a decent price this is your place. The hotel was relatively quiet, this trip we were there between 2 hurricanes so cannot speak for how sound proof the rooms are. We enjoyed the quick service eatery too, some of our best meals on this trip. A very enjoyable stay, will be back.

While this hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and modern, if you want to REST or SLEEP after your fun days in the Universal Orlando parks, this is not the place for you! There is an incredibly loud banging noise in the elevator banks on the upper levels of the hotel that can be heard up to four rooms away. The hotel has been informed on multiple platforms by multiple guests and even the General Manager has been sent a message via his LinkedIn but no one addresses it.

Nov 10, 2024Nice and Comfortable hotel for our stay at Universal Orlando.
We loved staying at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The check in process was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Universal Information Desk was also a nice feature to print out our tickets and offer lanyards to wear during our Halloween Horror Nights stay. It was convenient having a Starbucks in the main lobby. The Adventura is located across the street from the Sapphire Falls hotel. It's an easy walk to the Universal City Walk area or to Sapphire Falls to take a water taxi to/from the Universal parks. Our room and the bed were very comfortable and were a nice respite after our days at the parks. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Universal Orlando.
