Truly an incredible vacation! The resort is pristine and beautiful. The food was incredible and a different experience everyday. We had two amazing butlers Roger and Israel and thanks to them our vacation was truly relaxing they took care of all the daily details and reservations for us. They paid attention to all the details even sending us videos of the ocean once we were home !!

Amazing stay
We had an amazing time at Unico. The staff were wonderful, the food was great, and everything was so clean and up to date. No one pushed us for a time share when we walked in (loved that), and the service was diamond level. My fiancé and I decided to have our wedding here in 2026. We can’t wait.

Anniversary Extravaganza
Everything was amazing! Thanks to everyone at Unico for making our stay perfect, especially Hector! The food, atmosphere, views and activities really set this place apart from the rest! I highly recommend for anyone considering staying here to book it!

Fantastic 7-Day Stay at Unico Riviera Maya – Second Visit!
We recently returned from our second visit to Unico Riviera Maya, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere that made every day feel like paradise. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed for comfort and style. The food and drinks were world-class – each meal a delightful experience with fresh ingredients and creative flavors that catered to all tastes. The beach was stunning, offering breathtaking views and tranquil vibes perfect for unwinding. Special shoutout to our wonderful local hostesses, Laura and Jackie, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Unico Riviera Maya continues to set the bar high for all-inclusive resorts, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable vacation. Highly recommend!

Fun in the sun
A lovely time celebrating the new year and my wife's birthday in a beautiful setting. We were well looked after by the staff who all seemed to be just as happy working at the resort as we were to be there for a winter break. Berenice, Tony and Riccado all stood out in making our holiday so memorable along with many others. We thank you all and hope to return in the future.
