Great family friendly all inclusive!
This hotel delivers! I have been to all inclusive resorts before and while the service was good the experience we had at Grand Fiesta American was truly top notch. We went with our four children and from the moment we stepped onto the resort the staff was ready and willing to help us have the best experience. Chantal was truly amazing, making sure we always had what we needed at the pool and even anticipating what we would want before we asked. Everyone on the resort from the kids club to the wait staff, bar staff to housekeeping truly helped make this one of our best vacations yet. If you’re considering going definitely do it! Worth every penny!

Dining was incredible
The stay was great and the food was amazing! Highly recommend getting tacos on the beach at Nah K’aax. I haven’t enjoyed a dinner as much as this one in as long as I can remember! 12/10 dining on the sand while the waves come in was a very fun experience.

AMAZING
NAH K’ AAX has the most amazing service and food I’ve ever experienced! Maria, Ricardo, and Sofia were also so kind and offered the best service. Loved everything about this place! Would definetly recommend and would come back. My favorite restaurant at this resort!

Nice Family Getaway
Just returned from the resort. We have been to the Fiesta Americana Condessa a few times so decided to give this one a try. The resort is large, it was pretty crowded in January with families fitting in one more trip before school starts again. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Always people cleaning and keeping things tidy! It is showing it's age a bit, might be time for some upgrades. The service is great, make friends with a bartender or waiter and hook them up with a tip every once in a while and they will take great care of you! The pools are nice and were warm, bummed there was no hot tub. Food - probably the most disappointing thing at the resort. Breakfast buffet is decent - we found enough to eat. Lunch by the pool was ok - they have the typical burgers/quesadillas but not too much else. Was not impressed. I did like the ceviche bar that is always open. One of the days there was a grill where they were cooking street tacos, and those were fabulous but nothing available to walk up and get on the other days we were there. Ordering from the waiters takes a while! FA, you need more food options by the pool - the buffet was open for lunch but who wants to mess with that in swimsuits!! Dinner is frustrating - they want you to make reservations the day you arrive but the times available are 6pm or 9pm. We took the later reservations but were able to walk up to the restaurants and get in sooner all three nights. The restaurants were empty - but no times were available so that was a head scratcher. We liked the italian and the hibachi restaurant. We didn't like the seafood restaurant at all - big disappointment. Drinks are watered down and never really felt anything. One of the days they had reps from Cointreau there and those were the most amazing margaritas! The rooms are nice and well furnished. Be prepared to have everything feel damp as the humidity in the rooms is high. Everything was wet when we arrived back to US. We never did any excursions as we were just there for a long weekend but were told that the Isla Mujeres ferry trip was fun. The weather was nice, just super windy. Could not kayak or paddleboard the days we were there which was not great. We did rent jet skis on the last day that wasn't super windy and that was a blast. Book the Happy Cancun shuttle for trip to resort and back to the airport - they were great! We had a great trip but I think we would pick a new resort to try next time!
