Never going anywhere else
Alejandro is an all star service provider, made a great trip even better. Showed us everything we needed and drove us anywhere we needed, was a part of our experience every day. Lisandra and Ricardo our butlers were fantastic too. Service overall is unmatched, big resort but always a quick ride available. Restaurants are outstanding.

Fantastic hotel!!
We had a fantastic time at this resort. The staff were pleasant and professional. The hotel was very clean and the food and drinks were delicious. It was overall a great vibe. We are definitely adding this hotel as one of our yearly vacation spots.

Fly me to the moon.
Spent a full seven days at TRS Yucatan, located in Riviera Maya. Weather, the beach, and relaxation was what we both needed from our busy lives. Highlight was spending our evenings at the Moon Bar, where we met new global friends. The staff - Sahari, Pena, Sonia, and Mayra are best of the best. Great mixologists and attentive. Their personal attention and conversations led to bonds we cannot wait to return. Thank you.

Fantastic Stay at TRS Yucatan
Had an overall wonderful stay at the TRS Yucatan when my partner and I went for a romantic getaway. All of the staff were extremely nice and attentive, especially Mafer (Butler), Fernando (Entertainment), Abraham (served us at Chic Cabaret), and Mich and Enrique (front desk). No bad things to say about any of the resort workers. Suite: We stayed at a junior private pool suite that was right next to the pool and buffet restaurant. The housekeeping was adequate and the room was in good condition. Also- the room layouts are a little unique but i think we found they look a lot better in person than online. There is a butler in each of the villas that you can talk to about any needs you may have and they are always available to help. Ours booked us golf carts, brought us wine, and made reservations for us. Room service was also exceptional, they offer tacos until 3am! The private pool is less private than a room that may have a regular patio or jacuzzi patio as ours backed up to a main path that allowed people to very clearly see into our pool when they walked past. (this may not the be the case with every room and the large patio and pool was still nice to have) Most important thing to know is that the pool is NOT heated, it is very cold getting into it at night so we really didn't use it much. The Resort: The TRS Yucatan is beautiful. It is nestled into a mangrove forest so rather than a large all inclusive hotel type resort, the TRS Yucatan is surrounded by nature and just walking around the resort is very enjoyable. There are also golf carts that are driving around everywhere and can shuttle you to wherever you need to go. There are Mayan Ruins and a Cenote literally in the forest across from the lobby that you can get a tour of. You will see lots of wildlife walking around as well which was very cool. The staff said the resort was at full occupancy but we never felt that crowds were a problem and we didn't have much trouble getting chairs at the pool either. We never really went to the beach because it was super windy while we were there but it looked nice. This resort truly had the feel of a premium all inclusive catered experience that i haven't felt at other resorts. Having it connected to the 2 other Palladium resorts is great because it gives lots of options for food, shopping, and pools, while still being able to escape back to the TRS for a quieter vibe. We went to the Zentropia spa one morning and both agreed that it was definitely worth it. We had a very nice couples massage and the rest of the spa facilities were very nice as well (health bar, pool, hammocks, hot tub, steam room, sauna, cold tub, etc) However, if there is anything you do while visiting, you must get tickets to the Chic Cabaret. It is a 3 hour show with incredibly talented performers and a delicious tasting menu while you enjoy the show. This was the best night we had there! Food: Not the best but not bad. The Helios lunch/breakfast buffet had somewhat limited options but the food was good and the grill next to the Infinity Pool always had good lunch options so we would usually go there. Book your restaurant reservations as early as possible. The TRS Yucatan restaurants seemed like they had better food than the Palladium ones but we only tried La Adelita and La Paisana on the Palladium side. At La Paisana, i found a 3 inch piece of fishing line when i bit into one of my empanadas and this was really the only complaint of the trip. Our waiter/hostess did not seem very apologetic but that could have been due to the language barrier and confusion so we let it slide. La Adelita was very good and had traditional mexican food. Overall: We had a great experience and will likely be going back in the future!!!

Best massage ever
My husband and I had the best massages we have ever had from Marisol and Mayel!! HIGHLY recommend!!!! We both had a lot of knots and they both were able to get them out. We didn’t want to leave the spa. We may even book another massage before we leave this week!
