Everything was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The butler was phenomenal. They took very good care of you. The food at the à la cart restaurants were very good. The beach was beautiful and clean. The only thing that wasn’t great, was the buffet as the food tended to be lukewarm, otherwise the service all around was great.

We’ve been to this property 5 times now and always have a great time staying here. Staff is incredibly friendly, professional and sincere. Beach is clean and there are always plenty of lounge chairs available if you’re not too late. Food and beverage are very close to the TRS section of the beach. We don’t use the pools but those who were really seemed to be enjoying themselves.

I booked thru a friend who’s a member of Travel Club. When we checked in, we were not given any information about the hotel, process of checking out, etc., so we had to explore on our own. It was just too confusing. The Travel Club staff were not friendly. I’m not going back here! I’ll try other resorts.

Great beaches and poolside enjoyment in Punta Cana
The accommodations ae very nice at TRS Turquesa Punta Cana. The restaurants are generally quite good with ample selections. The staff are very friendly. We had excellent service at the lobby bar with Angel and AltaGracias. We play tennis and pickleball and we understand that the courts are being refurbished in 2025. The tennis coach, Edwin was very skilled and helpful. Overall, the TRS resort is highly recommended.

Amazing experience
Perfect trip, butler service was phenomenal along with bartenders/waiters/waitresses. We didn’t do excursions so little to say on those, but TRS offers a great relaxing trip. The buffets were good, the dinners even better. The beaches and pools had everything we wanted.
