Eight of us came to TRS to play tennis. We found more than tennis. Service is amazing here. This is one of the best resorts I’ve stay in. The TRS personal really care. You’ll have amazing time here!!! Brayan and Ricardo are the best

Great resort!
Service is fantastic overall at this resort. The room was great - big and comfortable. Great meal at El Gaucho (thanks Manuel and Andres). Our butlers were awesome (Sofia, Yessica and Hector). We really enjoyed the dinner Tentatzione too. Pool service was great as was beach- side service. The place is quiet, well staffed, and well appointed. We had a really good time. (Don’t order room service!) Enjoyed meals at Helios. Mixed experience at Capricho- recommend sticking with the buffet. Really pretty resort. And again, can’t say enough about the service!

Paddle boarding with miranda
We did a paddle boarding tour with Miranda, it was phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable about the area and fun to tour with! My wife absolutely loved talking with her, and the experience was so fun. The water was very calm, and the weather was perfect for the days activities

Experiences at trs
We came on a couple trip with my husband, celebrating anniversary! We just had a great time together. The people that works here are nice. We met Miranda and she was great! So friendly and helpful. She recommended us the spa and was one of the best experiences at this trip. We did guacamole and chocolate tasting class. Thanks trs

TRS / grand palladium costa mujeres
Had the most incredible stay at TRS - the butlers in building 2 Ivan, Mel and robin were amazing and made our stay so perfect - answering every question we had and smiles every time we saw them. Communication over wattsapp was exceptional and made our stay very easy. Fernando the pool butler at TRS is the kindest soul and always ran to offer assistance and ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Misael butler on floor 3 was amazing ! Even prepared a surprise in our room completely unexpected for me and my husband. If you are considering spa services they are some of best we’ve ever had and ALWAYS look for Miguel ( blue shirt ) to book as he really takes care of you with pricing and specials. Finally to the staff at PTC travel club Yesenia and mau , Elvira and Juan and George you truly make us feel like family and are an asset to your organization. We love you and can’t wait to be back
