Our experience at the TRS adult-only pool was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the incredible service provided by the team. A special shoutout to Alex, who was always attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were well taken care of. His exceptional service made a lasting impression on us and was active with us each day we were here. Joanna and Roger were equally fantastic - always on top of everything and incredibly friendly. Their warm and professional approach truly elevated our experience. Because of the outstanding service we received, we will undoubtedly return and highly recommend this resort to all our friends and family. Best Honeymoon
We had the best honeymoon and will be back!! We have to give the biggest shoutout to the TRS pool favourites, number 1 was Alex!! Alex made us feel so special, I am speechless by the service we had! Also big shoutouts to Roger and Johanna, best team ever! We have never had a better experience at a resort 😊😊

Great time with Family
Came here for my daughter's wedding. weather was okay, it did rain several days, however, can't control that!! Wedding was still absolutely beautiful, and everyone had an outstanding time. The staff is out of this world, just the best!!! Thank you TRS Coral

TRS - Paladium Playa Mujeres
Beautiful resort and amazing service. We stayed in TRS building 1 and had two excellent butlers (thank you!); driver service in the golf carts was great. Food was delicious. We enjoyed the Sports Bar, the cafe and especially the beach (when the weather permitted) and the tennis centre.

Jan 27, 2025Great for solo trip not for large weddings
TRS coral within itself is a great hotel. Very clean and the food was better than most all inclusives. The service from the butler staff and at the pool is excellent! However, they are not equipped for large destination weddings. My travel agent and I asked on several occasions to get just 5 of the 40 rooms in a row. They assured us it was no problem for the year of planning then again when we checked in. Not only were zero rooms in a row they made our best man pay $600 to move next to us claiming our room got upgraded. When we offered to “downgrade” our room they said nothing was available which we later learned by other guests was untrue they just wanted to use those rooms as mid tier upgrade options. The guests that were not put in our row tried to downgrade their rooms and were told they would not be refunded. My guests and I definitely got a bad taste in our mouths from the booking and check ins department and most said they wouldn’t return based off of this experience. Lots of other all inclusive options with great butler service so not reason enough to cover the misses.
