Jazmine was great , she really goes out here way to make her guest happy. She’s also very sweet. The hotel room is very nice room service is great. It’s a good luxury place it’s worth every dollar. The staff is also generous and will make sure you get everything you need.

Outstanding
We are finishing up our last day and everything has been wonderful. Me and my Fiancé were at TRS 14 Dec- 21 Dec. Room: We had a swim out room (room 1018) and it was amazing. If you’re looking to do a swim out room, the back side or building 1 (the even numbers for building 1) or the front side of building 2 are the swim outs that get sun all day. Front side of building 1 (same side as pool) and back side of building 2 (canal side) are in the shade all day. Backside of building 1 (which is where we were) had sun all day, only downside is the cart path is back there and you have golf carts going by all the time taking people around. We didn’t think it was a big deal at all, didn’t bother us one bit. Alberto made the trip for us. Being on the backside of the building we were secluded, but Alberto came by our swim out all day every day getting us drinks, food, anything we needed, Alberto absolutely made the trip for us, he is simply outstanding. Restaurants: There’s a lot of them. The habachi was really good. Thai place was good. French as well. Butlers: we had Freddy, Eladio and Robin. These guys were awesome, easy to get a hold of, if they were a little slow to respond on what’s app (how you text with them) there was always one of them at the end of the hallway you take towards the pool. The main pool: Main pool was fun, I read a lot of reviews that it’s “rowdy”, ignore those people, it’s not “rowdy”. There’s people out laying on the loungers, drinking in the pool, but it’s nothing out of the ordinary that you’d see anywhere else. There’s no foam party and strobe lights, just adults hanging out and laying around. Daniel at the pool bar, he has what we call “heavy hands” when it comes to making mixed drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you Daniel! So, the towel game is in full effect here. We stayed by the main pool a few times during the week, if you’re out there by 9-915am at the latest, you should have no issues getting a lounger on the sunny side of the pool as one side is in the sun the other half in the shade. If you want the shaded side, that’s easy to get as most people want the sun side. Overall: Very happy with our experience. Staff were all super friendly. Is everything perfect? Of course not, no where is, but you have the ocean, pools, booze and food, and ultimately, that’s what we came to TRS/Mexico for. A wonderful resort. Thanks again Alberto!

amazing hotel and outstanding staff
Georgous hotel with breathtaking architecture. Each detail was meticulously done.( even sophisticated music ) Brawa the restaurant staff, especially for CARLOSA from Thai Restaurant. Carlos comes from Chiapas. He was very profesional and friendly. The idea of butler was very helpful. I recommend Fernando@Lupita :) They reacted immediately and help us with a couple things. Amazing stay
Amazing stay from start to finish. Was worried about getting ill but was absolutely fine if you didn’t touch salad, fruits or the tap water. Service was amazing, our butler booked our dinners every night on request. Hotel was spotless and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would come back in a heart beat.

Exceptional stay and service!
The resort at TRS and the service was phenomenal! Alex (butler), Brayan (poolside) and Raul (beach) went out of their way everyday to ensure we had every thing we needed! We loved every minute of this trip and the staff at TRS made this trip a memorable one for our family!
