We visited TRS Coral for my wedding this November and everyone was in awe with how beautiful the resort was and attentive the staff. We had Miguel, Steph and Guilman as our butlers and they made our stay 10000x better. So kind and just want you to have the best experience. Will be coming back! Love the Spidalieri’s xo

We just arrived and the only options to make dinner reservations are at 9:30 and 10pm, and only one or two restaurants are available each night even at 10pm. They advertise 15 restaurants but you can’t actually eat at any of them. Really false advertising. Even buffet needs reservations. Won’t be back. Ridiculous.

Amazing
Great stay at TRS and Palladium Hotel. The staff (Miguel, Stef and Guilman) have been of fantastic atention every day of our stay. The hotel is amazing, with familial ambiance. Many restaurants make your stay great. Dont forget to see the Chic Cabaret diner show!

TRS Coral the Best of the Best!!
Another amazing vacation, the facilities, food and staff are top notch. We are travel club members because of this resort, why would we go anywhere else. People say how can you go back to the same resort? We go back because we know what to expect and that is a 5 star star resort with 5 star staff and service. This is our second home and we consider the staff family. 2 weeks this vacation to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday and everyone made him feel special as always. Thank you to the travel club staff Gina and Suzie and Carlos for the special birthday cake and celebrations. I can not say enough about how they always make us feel like family. From friends to family is not just a motto to them they make Costa Mujeres our home away from home. One of the reasons we return is for my husband to have his massage sessions with Mariano the head massage therapist. My husband was having hip issues and thought he may have to start inquiring about getting a hip replacement. Mariano however with his '"magic powers and healing hands" was able to do what many RMT, Chiropractors and Stretch therapists in Canada could not do. By the end of the 2 weeks after 4 visits he was able to walk with no issues something he had not done for months before that without constant pain. Food is excellent especially the TRS restaurants. Our favorite is El gaucho so much so we went for my husbands birthday dinner as well as our last 2 nights of our trip. This is thanks to Chef Manuel Toro Castillo. He has the best smile and can always be seen working hard either at the restaurant or around the pool or helping out at other TRS restaurants. He is definitely a great asset to TRS. Also a fellow Pittsburg Steelers fan, 8 and 2 lets go Steelers!! Also a special shoutout out to Aurilio(sorry for the spelling) the manager at El Gaucho. We have know Aurilio many years working at different restaurants. He is very professional, personable and always hands on. We have also been very proud of the hard work of a young waiter Stiff we met several years ago in Caprichio. We watched him move up over the years to a waiter at the Chic and now a waiter at La Boheme. Another thing that is very impressive about TRS Coral in how they recognize and promote staff. Breakfast or Lunch we love Caprichio and Helios. The girls that are greeters are always smiling and happy we look forward to seeing them everyday. The staff are all attentive and if there is anything special you need or dietary concerns they are always there to help. Special shout out to Francisco, Noe, Pedro, Antonio. After dinner Baileys on ice are always a must in the TRS lobby bar. Thank you Ulisis who has moved from the pool to the lobby now. We always look forward to seeing you for our night cap. We stayed in Building 2 this trip and would like to thank our Butlers, Adrian and Brian for everything. They were always there if we needed anything or just for a hello asking how our day was and if there was anything they could do to make it even better. Thank you again! Lastly but most importantly the TRS pool manager and staff always make our vacation over the top. Starting with Mirabelli A.S. the pool manager she has an excellent staff and is always working hard to make everyone's experience special. You can tell her staff respect her for her professionalism as well as her willingness to help out when needed. The pool staff are all excellent but special shout out to Ladis, Jesus, Lorenzo, Roger and Dio, we have known them for many years and look forward to seeing them each time we return for vacation. Why do we go back to the same place THE STAFF, always working hard to make everyone's vacation special either for your first vacation or repeat customers and there are many. Thank you again TRS Coral for a great vacation see you again in January!!
