Overall, everything was beautiful. Butler service prompt and friendly. El Gaucho restaurant and Chic Cabaret is a must. Would avoid La Boheme and they could use more lunch options by the pool. Spa was absolutely stunning. Only negative is the constant push to upsell you on the "VIP" membership. They trap you into an interview as soon as you check-in which was disappointing. But overall, a truly luxe experience. Highly recommend booking the swim-up suite for couples.

Great Butler's great stay.
Absolutely perfect week. The butler's in building 2 at TRS Coral are the very best. Hector and Windam did everything and more to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted. Especially enjoyed the tequila tasting and wine class offered at TRS. The silent disco was an absolute blast...so much fun.

We had a wonderful stay at the TRS Coral Costa Mujeres. The environment, accommodation and food were excellent. Freddy our butler was excellent! He even arranged for a 50th birthday surprise for my wife in our room. I would give 5 stars, but TRS dropped the ball with our checkout. We followed the checkout process fully, but when we got home the next day, we started to get WhatsApp texts from the bellman Francisco, claiming that we did not checkout and owed money for the Chic dinner show. Clearly, someone at TRS dropped the ball. Perhaps Adonahi, the person we checked out with did not do his job, or the bellman we gave our checkout card to did not give it to the right people. A frustrating end to an otherwise great stay.

Birthday trip
Butlers was all the help we needed. Food was delicious. Service overall was on point. Would definitely recommend
