    Wonderful all-inclusive resort with great entertainment!

    I had a fantastic stay! The staff was exceptional, from the bartenders like Samuel and Roberto to the entertainment staff like Nicol and Charly. I hope to return someday!

    The basics with bad service

    You will not get the quality you are hoping for here. The food is not great, the hotel is far from everything, and the wait times for anything you need or want is laughable. Bring tons of usd 1$ bills because they want them as tips but have no change. If you don’t book a swim up, you lose all pools at 6pm. The upgrade package is not worth it. Don’t get suckered at checkin. The spa is terrible. Go somewhere else for the money you’re spending.

    Definitely worth it

    The best part of this trip hands down was my butler who went above and beyond to make it a perfect vacation his name was Pedro he provided the best service and overall would definitely be one of the reason I visit again soon

    Food is terrible. The butler service is a joke! And you will be bored out of your mind! This place is literally a ghost town

    This was our anniversary vacation and first time at TRS CAP CANA. The weather was up and down which is fine but I don’t feel the staff was fully prepared. Perhaps short staffed.
