Thank you, Kiera! You were exceptional!
I am here to praise Kiera Jones's outstanding professionalism and caring spirit. On September 21st, I received news that my grandmother had passed away, and I needed to contact my mother who was staying at The Westin St. Louis for a work training. You can only imagine the sadness and fear that I had in telling my mother who was alone on work travel that her mother had passed away. I called from Arlington, TX, and was greeted by Kiera Jones via phone. She was nice, patient, and comforting as I tried to contact my mother. I asked her to perform a wellness check on my mom as she was unaware of the news at the time but I needed someone to "care" for her and just be human for a moment as I was about to share the passing of my granny via phone. There were so many emotions occurring but Kiera was so understanding, helpful, and patient. She led with humility and grace. I sincerely want to say that I am extremely grateful for this young lady's willingness to go above and beyond to care for my mother (Westin guest- Marilyn Hudson) during this difficult time. Kiera dropped off some essentials for my mom (bottles of water, etc) to ensure she had what she needed. Kiera is a stellar employee and I want to ensure that your management team honors this young lady's work and commitment to the Westin's Guest Experience. Great stay in St. Louis
Overall great stay. Courtnenay Rodgers was lighning fast as our valet. The restaurant was good but pricey. We had a few requests and theses were delt with almost immediately. My only complaint was there were 4 of us but the room was only set up for 2...Overall would reccomend this hotel.

Want to start off by say I’m a flight attendant therefore, I stay at a loft of hotels. On the 21st of Nov I was on my way to Kansas City. I was rerouted and sent to St. Louis. Usually the company put in in a different hotel but there was no availability. It was 1150pm I was so exhausted after a long day. I walk it and went met with two big beaut smiles (Derrick & Lakeira) you two were absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for the kind service.the next day I left my credit card at the restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name. But he made sure I got it.

Dawn + Naveah are wonderful staff!
I spent 4 nights at the Westin in November for a conference. Dawn and Naveah are amazing bartenders and so welcoming. They made sure to take care of all of the patrons and had great conversation. I travel a lot for work and I’m discerning about where I stay. I would stay here at the Westin again just based off of the wonderful customer service I received at the Westin St Louis. Also - the beds here are so comfortable! The best I’ve experienced at a Marriott. Thank you so much!

Never booking this hotel again
ONLY GO HERE IF YOU GOT MONEY TO WASTE. My family and I went there for one night, and the only good thing I have to say about it was the bathroom was big for a hotel, everything else was ridiculous. The night security had an attitude just because we were in the lobby. In the morning my mother got a medium/ small portion of biscuits and gravy for $20 and I ended up getting an average sized snickers that I couldn’t use cash to buy FOR $5 (picture of the snickers but didn’t get one of the $20 breakfast)
