Nice stay in downtown Indy. While some Westin locations need updating. This Westin is nice and welcoming. Lori in the Ten Hands restaurant provided great service at breakfast! She was very attentive and helpful! Great food. Better service!

Mostly Great, a couple of bumps along the way
Hotel was clean. Most associates were friendly. Special shout out to Lori in the 10 Hands Marketplace. She was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast in the restaurant, food was good. Staff was not attentive. Asked for more decaf coffee. Was told they didn’t have any. Spoke with another associate and she had him make a fresh pot.

Wonderful experience in Indiana
My boyfriend and I always take an after Christmas trip. This year he surprised me with a quick trip to Indianapolis, Indiana!! When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Roshika. She was awesome! Her friendly smile, her eagerness to help, and her kindness was shining with every interaction that we had with her. Not once were we treated as if we were bothering her. Each time she treated us so very well. I noticed that each time she helped someone/anyone she treated them just as wonderfully. Our room was great!! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean! Our stay was awesome!! We will be back!! Happy New Year!!

Ten Hands Ten Stars
Lori & Chris were awesome over @ the ten hands social bar & resturant. Food was delicious, will definitely come again anytime im in indy. Brick oven pizzas are bigger than they appear, and the Bavarian Garlic Pretzels were slapping. Huge variety of drinks offered as well.

Lori is Amazing - Happy New Year
I had an amazing experience dining here! The food was absolutely delicious and was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. To top it off, the service was exceptional. Lori, my server, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was attentive, friendly, and made me feel truly welcomed. Lori’s professionalism and warm demeanor enhanced the entire experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for another incredible meal!
