I travel to Indianapolis for work on a regular basis, however, it’s been a while since I stayed at the Westin. I forgot how nice the renovation was in the front lobby. Also I had exceptional service with Nothile while I was checking in. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they have great amenities in this hotel. I will be back again next month when I return.☑️☑️☑️

Great time at the Westin!
We stayed at the Westin on a staycation this holiday season. All staff members we encountered were incredibly pleasant. Nothile explained the self parking process to us so we avoided any bumps in the road. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you're like me and prefer a night light to find your way to the restroom overnight, maybe bring a little plug in with you since the bathroom light is all or nothing and super bright (which is great for doing makeup, not so much to keep on overnight!). We ate at the restaurant downstairs before attending the Circle of Lights, and Michael went above and beyond to make sure our drinks and meal were perfect. We will definitely stay here again on future staycations!

Great stay!
Great hotel! But especially great this last stay because of Nothile. Her exceptional customer service made my stay the best. Rooms are great, beds are fantastic and the staff is excellent. The restaurant and bar are top notch. I always appreciate staying in this hotel when I travel to Indianapolis.

My arrival
I had the best experience! My arrival was phenomenal and I had the honor to engage with Roshika and Nothile. They were amazing! It always feels like I'm at home when I come to the Westin. And housekeeping was on point. Thank you for always being the place to stay!

Great Hotel Experience
We always stay here on the trip from Chicago to home. I arrived by myself after Thanksgiving this time. There was a ton going on, trying to get unpacked, get the dog to calm down and get checked in. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the bellmen who were all working hard on a freezing cold day, to my new friend Nothile, who patiently helped me check in, and took the time to welcome and remind me where everything here is located. Great experience, highly recommend the Westin Indianapolis.
