Juanita greeted us in the breakfast area with a warm smile. She gave of an overview of the food options then made amazing omelettes. She was very friendly an accommodating to our requests as my husband and I have different preferences. Highly recommend!!!

Dec 04, 2024Disappointing Stay with Uncomfortable Conditions and Poor Housekeeping
I recently stayed at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The lobby was uncomfortably cold throughout my stay, which was quite surprising and detracted from the overall comfort. Housekeeping also fell short. On the first day, the showerhead was left in a position that led to an unpleasant surprise, and the following day, it was directed at the ceiling, indicating a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, my dinner plates were not cleared the next day, leaving the room feeling untidy. While I could adjust my room temperature to my liking, the overall coldness of the common areas was a significant drawback. I hope management will address these issues to improve the guest experience.

Enjoyable Holiday Experience
During the Thanksgiving Holiday my wife and I in addition to another couple spent three nights at the Westin Hilton Head Resort. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We attended the Thanksgiving Holiday Buffet which was excellent for both food and service. The resort is very tastefully decorated for the holidays. Weather permitting there are opportunities to enjoy the pools, beach and other outdoor amenities. We look forward to returning in the future!

The Westin is always a safe choice. The rooms are cozy and nice after the remodel. The pools are entertaining and you can find a chair somewhere close by if you get out there early. Lots of families here. Sometimes you can view an outdoor wedding. The spa is great. Best massage I’ve had and I go to spas a lot. Best to call in advance for an appointment. The food is what keeps us coming back. All the food is good quality and worth the price. The beach is wide and not that crowded. If you take a left off the property it’s a private walk down the beach. I recommend coming here.
