Stayed here recently, and honestly, the hotel was great, but Ryan at the front desk was really awesome. From the second I walked in, he made everything super easy, check-in was quick and he explained everything clearly. he actually seemed like he cared, which is rare these days.What really stood out was how helpful he was. I asked for some food recommendations, and instead of just pointing me to the closest chain restaurant, he gave me a few solid local spots that ended up being delicious. Later on, I had a small issue with my room, and he handled it immediately without any hassle. You can tell he actually enjoys his job and wants guests to have a good experience. It’s little things like that that make a stay memorable. You expect a decent hotel, but it’s people like Ryan that take it to the next level. If I ever stay here again, I hope he’s still around because he made the whole experience way better. Appreciate it, dude!

Tremonte House classic and perfect!
We stayed at The Tremonte House! Ate at Blums & Co., and had great service from Todd. Food plated well and glass never empty.. The location is beautiful, classic, timeless, and located in central location next to the historical strand. Shopping and entertainment sourced by a perfect stay. 10 out of 10!

Quick help
I want to give a huge shoutout to Ryan at the front desk for his outstanding service. Coordinating accommodations for a group of 13 DOD personnel is no small task, but he handled it flawlessly. From check-in to ensuring we had everything we needed for the week, Ryan was professional, efficient, and incredibly patient. He went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making sure each of us had a comfortable room and a seamless experience. His friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ryan, our stay was hassle-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch hospitality!

Great service
We had breakfast at The Tremont Galveston and it was great. Todd was our waiter and he was so thoughtful and kind it made us go back again. Congratulations for having such a great staff! Beautiful location, good food and wonderful service!!!

Blum & Co
We had the best breakfast at Blum & Co. our server Todd was amazing! Our food came out quick and our drinks were always full!! Thank you Todd! We will be back! The front desk staff was also super helpful with a quick check in. All in all, we had a very wonderful experience!!
