    Brandon Rocks!

    Brandon at self-check in was amazing. He heard me talk about my son's asthma and moved us into a non-smoking room even though the 3rd party we booked with put us in a smoking room without notifying me. He helped us all the way and got us checked in quickly. If you are using self-check in, look for Brandon as he is very helpful.

    Awesome customer service

    Brandon was amazing. He was so nice and helpful and made my check in an easy process! 😄 Amazing customer service, great communication and worked quickly to get me through the process so I could get to my room. He was very informative about parking, how to get to my room, and the amenities of the hotel.

    1st timer.

    Went into PT'S Wing&Sports. Bobbie was our waiter. He was AWESOME. Will definitely return. Staying at The Strat. The food was amazing. We ordered the Roasted half chicken. And 2 orders of 3piece fried shrimp. I definite will order again. Thanks Bobbie.

    PT’s visit on 3/8

    I had great experience at PT’s in The Strat Hotel Casino. As a former restaurant GM, I was pleased. Great atmosphere, I was promptly greeted and seated. My server, Becca timely greeted me; welcome me and introduced herself. Very pleasant personally, smiled, looked directly at me. Immediately took my order. Timely another team member brought my beverage as ordered. A third team member timely brought out my meal. Team work environment- I applaud the management staff! The order was simple: half chicken with broccoli and potato. The plate had excellent presentation and to top it off, very tasty. I will be in town for the next 4 days, I will back here!     Relaxing getaway for UFC313

    Amazing place to stay! So much to do and see! They have a lot of different slots and a solid amount of table games. You never have to wait on a spot at a table. The servers also do a great job of keeping a drink in your hand. Tameka M. At the Tru rewards desk was phenomenal!
