    Great server, great attitude and fast

    We had an amazing waiter who kept coming by to see if we needed anything, she was sweet, kind and quick please give Brenda Martin a raise, she deserves it, we adored her and we hope to see her again next time we're back in Vegas as we are in California back home.😍

    True Rewards Desk

    Great first experience at The Strat. Tameka at the True Rewards desk was amazing! Got us set up with True Rewards card. Plus a huge help to us both times we came back with questions. Informative and personable. Could not have asked for a better experience with her!

    Nunzios at The Strat

    I’m from Illinois and staying at The Strat Hotel and both days I’ve been here I’ve went upstairs to Nunzios to grab some pizza. They’re good and pretty big. Also, Terry is one of the friendliest and sweetest person who took my order. It makes traveling so worth it when you’re greeted by friendly staff. Make sure if you visit the The Strat to come up and say hi to Terry and grab you a big slice of pizza.

    Helpful attendant

    I was helped by tameka she was very friendly and nice. She definitely made the expirence better. She helped me get a players card and was very good at explaining everything and making everything fun and enjoyable. She even waited and made sure my name would pop up in the machine.

    Refund

    I initially booked a stay for five nights but opted to shorten my visit to two nights upon check-in. Matthew, the manager who assisted me, informed me that all I needed to do was check out before 10 AM, which I did. He assured me that I would receive a refund for the remaining three nights. However, it seems that no one is taking this issue seriously, and that is disgusting and a scam. I would urge everyone not to attempt to book this hotel. Customer service is horrible.
