Very Relaxing Getaway!
Atlantis is truly a paradise-something for everyone! Solo, couples or families- you have it all in one resort. Been there 7 times now and never disappoints! Staff is extremely friendly and always looking to provide whatever is needed to ensure a great stay!

Beautiful property with so many wonderful details with the Marine experience. Very friendly staff.
Wonderful experience at the hotel. Incredible integration of the animals throughout the property. Beautiful, clean and luxurious room. Staff was friendly and food was more reasonable than expected. Our family had a wonderful holiday and our kids said it was the best hotel in the world.

Beautiful resort!
Bed was very comfy. Shower has no shelve to out anything on in royal resort and ocean view room. Slots very tight and old ( same as 12 months ago). Breakfast buffet for 2 is $97. Rip off. Resort grounds are beautiful and massive. A lot to see. 2 drinks were $30 walking around outside. Shopping is bleh. A lot was closed at 11am on a Sunday in the village. Lots of empty spots. Too much resort wear. It's nice for 2 or 3 nights.

Below expectations
4 water slides not working. Room service meal returned and no refund honored. Guest Services offered the refund…no $$ received. No I apology received. No water for a day in our rooms with zero communication for Guest Services. When Guest Services asked ‘no time for water to be returned’. No apology received, no call once the water was reinstated… Resort credit, as per promotion not honored. Guest Services stated ‘if it was due, it would have been creditied’. No apology or terms and conditions received. Had a query and went to the Front Desk. Front Desk advised ‘contact guest Services’ Guest Services advised ‘contact Front Desk’. All round rude and unprofessional which is disappointing given the resort in general.

Terrible experience -
This was the most terrible trip ever. First off, our room television did not work - which would be find but it was a rainy day and the kids wanted to watch movies. It also houses other features such as ordering room service. For over 3+ hours we were told someone would come up to fix it. After several calls and visits to guest services, the manager finally gave me his number to call if no one was up in 30 min. When no one was up, I called to receive the message - "this number is not in service." It was written down on a business card, I dialed it correctly and nothing. I finally was able to get a new room. When the weather finally cleared, we went to the water park. The woman shared their system was down and she had no wristbands. I asked how my kids could access the slides and she shrugged, telling me we were out of luck and would just have to wait. After going back and forth with her and guest services at the Royal (who also told me there was nothing they could do), I finally sent my kids up without their bands. When we went to get towels at the towel station, they were out of towels. It was raining at the time and the woman looked me straight in the face and shared - "Your kids are going to get wet, they don't need towels." We ordered room service at 6:50pm. I was told it would be 45 minutes. At 8pm, I called looking for it and was told 30 more minutes. At 8:30, I was told they were on their way up. At 8:50pm I was told they were headed up. At 9pm, no answer. They finally arrived at 9:10pm and my order was wrong. We experiences a great deal of eye rolling and rude remarks. Completely unacceptable. We will never return. It is a lot of money to spend to be treated like garbage.
