Subpar at best but not worth the money
I’ve been all over the Caribbean and although I wanted to like the place and had high expectations. This was a 2-3 star experience. Mainly due to over priced food that wasn’t worth it and had no flavor. I don’t mind spending $500-$600 for my wife and I and 2 small kids but I at least want good food. After the second night we left the resort to find good food. Which was $50-$60 dollar taxi rides each way but good food made it worth it.

Great Hotel
The hotel was amazing. Karen from the concierge desk was a huge help and super nice. We'd come back again and again, especially if Karen is working! If you're looking for a family friendly spot in the bahamas, this is it. All of the staff are very kind and helpful.

Great Family Trip!
Had an amazing trip! Everything was perfect! Stayed in the Royal West tower and enjoyed everything on the property to include the restaurants and water parks. Food was delicious and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Second time staying there and can't wait for next time!

Amazing experience from start to finish!
We had an amazing time. It was our first time visiting Atlantis and we stayed in the Royal Imperial Club Tower. Everything was incredible! The rooms were beautiful, we were centrally located and the resort is beautiful. The staff is professional, kind and responsive. The food is amazing and the casino is one of the best I've been to.

Paradise at its best
I have been to the Atlantis since it first opened. It just keeps getting better every time we go. I love the staff, the location, and just being in a little bit of paradise for a vacation! The food was amazing, casino was fun. The activities did not disappoint. Had a fun time at the escape room! And we crushed it!
