Family Friendly and Awesome Tennis!
Had a great time with our family. I really enjoyed using the tennis center. They had daily tennis clinics in the morning. The coaches were very helpful and it was an awesome way to start my day! I had never played on clay before and loved it. PJ, Iesha, and Ray were so friendly and great to play with!

Great rooms, nice aquarium let down by poor service and over priced poor quality food offerings.
We stayed at the Royal where the rooms were a nice standard. The aquarium facilities around the hotel are worth exploring and are certainly impressive. The pools and aquaventure were a mixed bag. The pools were nice, but the ones that were supposed to be heated were not heated well enough to make them enjoyable in January on a cloudy day, The rapids are rough and left my daughter and I with bleeding knees after being toppled from the tube. Service at restaurants was the biggest disappointment for me, which could be described as lacklustre are best. Quality of food was also disappointing, especially given the high pricing. Food at Carmines here does not compare to the NYC Times Square location for example. Hotel is best described as like a Vegas hotel by the beach. For some people this will appeal, for others it won't, but don't buy in to delicious culinary experience narrative, as you will likely be disappointed.

Not worth the money
Our room at Coral towers was infested with rats and got upgraded to Royal. The luggage transfer took forever and even with enough headsup to the guest services, the room was not ready in time. The room at royal was nice but the bathroom sink and bathtub were blocked up and water won’t drain. Had to call in multiple times to have technicians spend good time to fix the issues. Very distasteful.

The Royal Atlantis Stay
Overpriced and expensive. The food quality was not great, the bathrooms in the hotel stopped working suddenly. The only positives were the friendly staff here. The restaurants on the resort were not very good, especially for the price. I would not recommend anyone looking for a vacation to go to Atlantis.

5 stars all around
We love Atlantis. It’s our go to family vacation every year. We have been going for 4 years and will continue to go. We love the staff. Super friendly n accommodating. The amenities are amazing and we always have a great time. The only down side is the food n drinks are expensive. But the good outweighs the bad in my opinion.
