Best hotel in Downtown Sarasota
I am a local and always choose this property for a staycation. Always treated like royalty everywhere in the hotel. The manager that runs the concierge lounge is amazing. He is always there to ensure you can get whatever you need. Service is matched. If you live in Sarasota, come spend a weekend here. If you’re traveling, this is the spot to be.

One of Our Favorites!!
This is one of my favorite Ritz Carlton’s in Florida! Service is always spectacular from when you first pull up and greeted with outstanding service from the valet attendants and bellman to the speedy, adequate and friendly check in. The rooms are always on point, beautiful and clean. I would like to recognize the astounding customer service that we received at the beach club from Dave at valet, Carlos, the pool attendant setting you up right , Leah and Kira, keeping your drinks full with a smile and Mike out there in the heat with his drill gun setting you up the perfect spot by the beach. Just exceptional customer service! Also can’t forget about Jorge at Jack Dusty’s who was so very kind to us on our anniversary breakfast! We appreciate you all! We will be back for our third year in a row next year, for anniversary again because of all the amazing people who assisted us! Thank you!

Fabulous stay !
We arrived at the hotel & were immediately welcomed by the staff. We were thanked for being a titanium elite member. Our room was spacious, comfortable & clean. The bathroom was beautiful! Love a hotel room with a tub ! The water was nice & hot !

Bait and switch and certainly not worth the money paid
After hurricane Milton I was displaced from my home here in Florida needed a hotel to stay in. My concern was which hotel was not affected by the storm. There was only one. This one, supposedly. I was Completely mislead upon booking as to the operational functions of the hotel after the storm. I was told everything is in working order except the elevators. That was a complete lie as the pools were down, the hallways had dehumidifiers because of the musty smell, the dining area had no lighting, there was no Wi-Fi or cable, the food was terrible, the staircase to get to the rooms were a nightmare and overall the exorbitant price I paid was the same as if it all functioned. Bait and switch. Shame on you Ritz Carlton. Shame on you.

Incredible stay at a welcoming property!
I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff at this hotel for their exceptional service and hospitality. We were displaced from the hurricane and EVERYONE was incredible! The food was unbelievably delicious! Room service was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was great. The Bell Desk and valets were perfect! The stress of being forced from home was overwhelming and everyone here made us feel so very supported.
