Fantastic Year After Year-Thanksgiving Holiday Spectacular
Irene and Pratik (front desk), we are so grateful for your warm welcome yet again and anticipation of our needs as always. We can not thank you enough for all that you did to make our stay extraordinary once more. We also received exceptional customer service from Hernan, Fitzroy, Geoffrey, Ovi, Munna, Sharon, Stephanie, Barnaby, Michael, Prosool and Ernest. I hope I did not forget anyone. The Ritz has taken a step backwards. We just returned for the first time since COVID shut the island down and the service level and professionalism has decreased. Prior to COVID we visited this Ritz every year since 2007. I tried calling guest services to alert them we were coming to celebrate my wife's birthday and that I wanted to get a bottle of champagne for our room. I got transferred to an answering machine, I left a detailed message, with zero follow up. The first day at the pool bar we ordered a bottle of champagne ($150) and I asked the female bar tender to make sure it was ice cold. She said of course and then promptly brought out a warm bottle, popped the top and fill our glasses with warm champagne. It is impossible to get champagne back in the bottle. She simply did not listen and did not care. In essence, our first day on property was a slap in the face of bush-league service. This Ritz used to be flawless. On the other hand, this is still a beautiful property in a great location. Rooms are clean. Most of the staff are great! Godfrey at the pool bar is a long-term gem! Alex and team at the Seven bar are fantastic. There is a top-notch spa and great gym facility. However, for the price, and given past performance, I expected better.

Gorgeous resort with outstanding service!
Gorgeous property with outstanding service! Huge shoutout to Keisha Parcells-Robb, Lokesh Nepal, and Aliya with guest relations for making our stay unforgettable. Aliya and her team went above and beyond to make our little boy’s birthday extra special. Each and every member of the staff is genuinely kind and always remember our names. We have to to several luxury resorts across the world and we are blown away by the level of service here! We are absolutely coming back!

Best hotel in the Cayman Islands
This is our second time to this property and it is probably our favorite place to go. The Ritz Cayman does not disappoint. We were upgraded to the ocean front rooms in the Ocean Tower and that is the way to go. You have great views and also are a little closer to the beach (compared to the other tower). The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff remember your name by the next day and it just gives it that personal touch. Everyone is very kind and super helpful. The food at the hotel is great and there are many choices. Also, there are some great restaurants walking distance to the hotel. The beach and pool are perfect and no complaints. The service is very quick as well. Overall, great stay and can't wait to go back!

Carolina defines customer excellence
This property is an excellent example of what customer service is all about. We were here for a business meeting and vacation and couldn’t be more impressed with the facility and the staff here. It’s the type of place that inspires you to do better with the businesses you own. As an example, we spoke to Carolina in the Saint June restaurant on the first night about how when we were here 10 years ago, there was a young man that built Sandcastles for our kids on the beach. We had a picture of him and so she took the picture and found out who he was. Unfortunately he’s no longer here but as a gesture, on the last day of our stay, Carolina had the kitchen staff make my wife and I a Sandcastle mousse cake, which was absolutely delicious as a surprise. And as a remembrance of the Sandcastles from our last visit. This is the type of gesture that gives the Ritz Carlton the mystique and reputation for excellence they deserve. It’s the things that they do that weren’t asked for that are the most impressive. We came here for a business vacation, but didn’t expect to also make great friends with the staff.
