Good solid hotel bang centre of the strip
Was really worried about staying here looking at past reviews, was nothing to worry about, was a great stay with a fantastic location. We originally booked a suite but when we arrived it was a little noisy outside as there was a generator running. So found us another room with was actually a downgrade but we loved it with a view of the sphere. Staff were great. Check in not an issue just use the self service machines when it’s busy. Plenty of food options, especially with the linq promanade makes things a lot cheaper. Little mention to the guy on the bell desk. Didn’t catch his name wears a hat, most helpful person I’ve encountered, can’t praise him enough and made us feel at ease as our luge had been lost from our airline. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Ok property, check in nightmare
The hotel is fine for crashing and showering. Amenities were jot bad and the overall cleanliness was pretty good. But check in is an absolute nightmare. I’ve heard that many of the Caesars properties have a terrible check in process, especially when the staff members just push you towards the kiosks. I was pushed to a kiosk on 4 separate occasions and every time, the kiosk couldn’t read my drivers license. I also paid $60 upfront for VIP early check in because I was flying in early yet I couldn’t get in until 3:30pm when the upgrade says 11am. I get that rooms need to be cleaned and stuff but to take my money and just have me check in at normal check in time is absurd. And they originally gave me keys that didn’t work so that was another ordeal. I almost missed puck drop for the VGK v Lightning game and the only compensation was $50 F/B credit. That only will deter me from staying at the Linq again.

A Motel 6 With a Casino
Traveled to a business event held at this hotel and booked a standard room. The hotel seems about 15 years past-due for a remodel. Peeling paint, loose fixtures, inoperable buttons on multiple elevators, missing light bulbs, etc. this might be OK if the nightly rate was reasonable, but the infamous “resort fee” tacked on per night tripled my nightly rate for most of the trip with no “resort” amenities to be found. Even the pool, should you wish to use it, is only open from 9am-6pm, precisely when most people would be busy with work or other responsibilities. The one minor benefit is the location. It’s right in the Strip, so it’s close to most things in that area. Otherwise, I’ve stayed at nicer hotels (in Vegas) for less than half the price per night. Can’t recommend.

Room ok but busy & hidden charges
Hotel is massive, busy & (like everywhere in Vegas) overrun with slot machines. The room was clean and ok. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were disinterested. Pool was a party pool but you can use the one at Harrah's which was much nicer. WiFi was rubbish which was an absolute cheek given the exorbitant resort fee. Be aware thar as well as the resort fee, they take a substantial deposit ($150 for 3 nights) which they then take 10 days to refund.

Terrible hotel
As I was walking around barefoot in our hotel room I looked down & there was a very large needle & thread on the floor. Not very hard to spot. Did they not vacuum?? Will try to upload pic. The pool is a joke. Only a few chairs to the side in full sun. Everything else says “pay to rent me”. Cabanas are $150 for half day in afternoon PLUS minimum $100 food & beverage required for that day. A lounge chair with umbrella for shade is $100 for half day afternoon + $75 food & beverage required. So hotel guests have to rent space at pool unless they want a decrepit lounge chair off in a corner with no shade. We skipped pool which was a huge disappointment. The bell desk person directly mentioned a tip when we dropped stuff to go to pool, & offered to provide change when we said we only had bigger bills. Check-in: Our room was ready when we arrived at 1 pm but we couldn’t check in until 3:30 unless we paid $30 for early check in. After discovering the pool was not going to be an option we paid. Bed is super soft. You sink in & the whole weight of bed shifts like a waterbed. This is supposed to be “deluxe king” & there’s nothing deluxe about it. More like a Motel 6. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had on the strip.
