Pets of all sizes are welcome in the hotel at a cost of $25/night (subject to change). The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Guide dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
For individuals who are not able to travel with their pet, the hotel offers the services of Catie Copley, Canine Ambassador. Catie, a black Labrador formerly trained as a guide dog, warmly greets guests upon arrival to the hotel. She is also available for scheduled walks and runs with guests. Great hotel built in 1912. Rooms are nice and bed comfortable . But what stands out in the impeccable service from front desk to club lounge personnel. The restaurant on site is also very with a very good atmosphere . Well situated this hotel is one of not the best in Boston. Will go back.

Feb 20, 2025An amazing stay @Fairmont
The environment is serene and located in the center of the city. The staff are very warm and helpful. I didn’t come with my universal adapter and one of the room attendants, Matthew Simpson-HSKPN seeing my frustration offered me his at no cost. I was really touched by his kindness and thought of sharing this experience. God bless and reward him for helping settle in easily.

Great Hotel!
I loved the location and ambience of the hotel. It would have been an amazing view of the Trinity Church but it was going through renovations of the courtyard! Also realized that certain things should have been checked by housekeeping before room was ready. Shower gel was empty for the time I was there. I didn’t take the time to call front desk about it until I checked out! Also valet only helped with bags to the front desk. When leaving hotel the bags were left on the curb and had to put bags in truck myself. Still expected to tip for service as hotel did not have a garage! Overall room was very nice. Location was amazing!

fabulous stay at the fabulous Fairmont Boston
We had another outstanding experience at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston. We had a slight glitch at check in but Khadija at the Fairmont Gold reception desk did an exceptional job taking care of everything. I have always believed that how well the unexpected is handled is a great measure of quality service.

A+ experience!
My colleague and I have been staying at Fairmont every year when we attend the Harvard Medical School conference. We needed to arrive earlier than usual due to the upcoming snow storm last week. We were welcomed and were able to check into a very comfortable room right away, which we appreciated very much after the stressful drive through Berkshire mountains. The facility is always beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location cannot be better. In sum, A+! We’ll be coming back to stay At Fairmont Copley Plaza!!
