Gold floor is worth every penny. Rudy is perfect.
The staff is exceptional, the Gold floor is definitely worth it. I would specifically like to single out Rudy, the Gold floor attendent. He is knowledgeable, as well as an exceptional problem solver. He is definitely under-employed. You have a gem with him. Multi-lingual, guest-ceneteted, and exactly what this brand needs more of. Rudy is a star.

Enjoyable Visit to Fairmont Copley Plaza
We were looking forward to our stay at Fairmont Copley Plaza, and we were not disappointed. Khadija checked us in and handled all of our concerns. She was knowledgeable and kind, yet also professional. All of the staff we encountered during our visit also were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed Corey the black Labrador, precious! Thank you for a memorable end to 2024 on our first trip to Boston.

Annual New Year's Stay
This was our third year staying at the Fairmont Copley over New Year's and our first time on the gold floor. We are definitely converts as the benefits are exceptional. A full breakfast in the morning and afternoon snacks which are so abundant that you can get full and ruin your dinner plans If you're not careful! The hotel is close to subway stops, shopping, and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The lobby was ornate and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. We are an Accor Diamond member and used a suite upgrade for the night. When we arrived we discovered they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! The suite was very spacious and wonderfully decorated. Great views of Copley Plaza. The staff at the hotel were all courteous and kind. We hope to visit again sometime soon.
