Great Place to Stay!!
The room was very clean and fresh smelling when I arrived. I ordered room service, and the food came quickly. also had trouble with the remote for the TV and they sent someone right up to fix it. The Vallet parking was nice too. When I was getting my car, the Vallet Boy ran to get it.

Beautiful Pacific Northwest hotel, convenient for cruise line travel.
The room was very cozy and comfortable. Nicely decorated with the "pacific northwest" theme. The lobby sitting area has huge, high windows for a beatiful view of the water and harbor; fireplaces give a warm ambiance . Six Sevin, the on site restaurant's food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location to the cruise line pier was so convenient. Right next door; less than a five minute walk.

Explore Seattle before Alaska cruise in May
Just as pictured , clean and neat boutique experience not your chain hotel. Friendly customer service and good coffee shop and what a view from the lobby and restaurant. My sister and I stayed 3 nights in city view room prior to Alaska cruise and truly enjoyed it.

Disgruntled
We were told we would need to pay an extra $31 per night for extras, which included being able to hire a guitar and hire a bike. It made no difference that all we wanted to do was sleep in our rooms and leave the next morning. The decor is old, dull and tired and needs to be brought up to date to reflect the prices charged. The bathrooms had a few safety issues with an uneven surface and trip hazard on the floor and in the shower. The lighting throughout is very subdued. I would not recommend using this hotel.

Sleepless in Seattle
Nice, spacious rooms with charm. Good views and nice to have a fireplace. My room was really loud with a ship or something coming in around 3am and again in the morning. I could hear the person staying in the room above stomping around and coughing very clearly and my fireplace (it was off), made a popping sound several times in the night. Great front desk staff.
