DO NOT STAY HERE…….EVER
DO NOT STAY HERE! ROOMS ARE DARK AND NEED CLEANED AND FIXED BADLY. MAJORITY OF STAFF IS RUDE, EXCEPT FOR A HAND FULL OF BLACKJACK DEALERS. FIRST TIME STAYING HERE, AND YES IS GREAT LOCATION BUT FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE US, SAFE WAS BROKE, SINK WOULD NOT DRAIN, ROOM WAS FIFTHY. IT WAS LOCATED ON 8TH FLOOR AND AT CHECK IN RECEPTIONIST CHECKING US IN HAD INDICATED ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY IT COULD BE LOUD DUE TO NIGHT CLUB BUT HAD NO OTHER ROOMS. NEXT MORNING WE ASK TO BE SWITCHED, AND THEY DID MOVE US BUT CHARGED US ANOTHER 28.00 A NIGHT DUE THE OTHER ROOM HAD 2 BEDS. WAS MOVED TO 5TH FLOOR AND NEVER HEARD ANY LOUD MUSIC FROM CLUB ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. ROOM WAS STILL IN SAME SHAPE AS OTHER. UPON CHECKOUT, SHE WENT OVER CHARGES AND NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING FROM MINIBAR, WHICH WE DIDN'T USE. ONCE WE GOT TO AIRPORT I LOOKED AT BILL THEY SENT AND THERE WAS A $21.69 CHARGE FOR WATERS. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND EXPLAINED WE DIDN'T USE THEM AND PERSON I SPOKE WITH SAID SHE WOULD SEND IN A REFUND. COUPLE DAYS AFTER GETTING HOME, I NOTICED THEY CHARGED ANOTHER $21.69, NEVER RECEIVED NO CREDIT! IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND GOT NOWHERE. BASICALLY SAID THEY DID AN INVESTIGATION AND WE TOOK THEM. I AM DISPUTING WITH MY CREDIT CARD, HOWEVER SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE DEALING WITH THIS. IF YOU LOOK ON REVIEWS LOOKS LIKE THIS IS A COMMON PRACTICE THEY ARE DOING TO PEOPLE. STAY AWAY DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!

Best Bartender in Vegas
My wife and I have been coming to Las Vegas for over 35 years.(third trip this year)We always make a point to stop at the Interlude Bar. There is a Bartender by the name of Angelina we absolutely adore. She is the epitome of professionalism. Polite. Friendly. And she is a fantastic Bartender. She is the Face of The Cromwell for us. As long as she is there we will be there. We know longterm employees all over the city. They are all great! Angelina is head and shoulders above the rest. She is a great asset. Just got home last night and are all ready planning our next trip. Highly recommend stopping by.

Level this place
Stayed here for one night on business. Price was great for the excellent location. The main reason for the two star review is my room was disgusting. It looks like it hasn’t had any maintenance in ten years. Probably hasn’t. I called front desk about switching rooms. They were supposed to call me back when one was ready but never did. By that time it was after midnight so I just went to bed. Elevator too was also kinda run down. Overall the place had bad feel but it really it was all about the condition of the room. Terrible. Staff was friendly though. Cheap but stay elsewhere

Our stay at The Cromwell was disappointing
Review of The Cromwell Hotel in Las Vegas - November 2024 Our stay at The Cromwell was disappointing, to say the least. While the hotel boasts a prime location on the Strip, that’s about the only positive aspect of our experience. The rooms felt neglected and poorly maintained. Shockingly, on the Friday of our week-long stay, housekeeping didn’t even show up, despite multiple reports to the front desk. Instead, they simply left towels on the couch in the room. One must be cautious of the hotel's practices regarding deposits and resort fees. These charges, proportional to the length of stay, ended up exceeding the cost of the room itself—despite us prepaying through an online travel agency. Adding insult to injury, they charged an additional fee for early check-in (approximately 1.5 hours early), which felt excessive considering we had already booked a week-long stay. To top it off, the minibar stocked with alcoholic beverages and the shelf with snacks and bottled water were untouched during our stay. Yet, upon check-out, we were incorrectly charged around $80 for consumption. Thankfully, we disputed the charges, and they were eventually removed. The staff’s demeanor left much to be desired; they were neither courteous nor helpful, giving off the impression that assisting guests was more of a burden than a duty. Now, we’re left waiting for the refund of the deposit charged at check-in. Overall, the disappointing service and questionable practices overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. We cannot recommend this hotel.
