Very relaxing ....
Stayed at the Cove, fantastic overall experience. Bartenders were fantastic (Ray makes one of the best Margaritas I've had - also the banter betwen him and Leo is a riot.). Slides are good and the raging river is fun. Warning you may get fliped in the river, don't wear your nice sunglasses as you may never find them.

Family Spring Break 2025
The experience at the Cove in The Lapis Suites was a VIP treat. Worth the price of admission. The staff greeted me from arrival and took us right up to the club to check-in. Did not have to wait in the hotel lobby. Breakfast from 6 to 11am, snacks from 1 to 5pm, cocktail hour from 5 to 7pm, and desert from 8 to 10pm were all included. The lapis club staff, led by Eugene and the concierge team, the bar led by Vincent and Gunther, and the food service team led by LaKeedra were exceptional. They made my family and I feel special. Thank you.

Great property
We stayed in the deluxe king suite and had no issues with construction noise as construction was on the other side of the tower. The hotel property is well kept and the service was good all around. All f&b automatically adds 10-15% gratuity so make sure you check your bill when paying.

No hospitality, the food is awful! Average in every possible way!
50% of the people are unfriendly, and when you try to get an information or anything else they act like you are bothering them! Sometimes no even eye contact and people are being very rude! Like you shouldn’t being here. If I wanted an attitude I would rather go to NYC at least the food there is away better!

The Cove Experience
Best trip ever! Staying at The Cove was incredible. Beautiful surroundings and views. Adult only pool was awesome for my husband and I. Weather was perfect and ocean breeze felt great. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and polite. Thank Atlantis
