Leisure vacay
The hotel was good overall. However fixtures in the bathroom need to be updated. The water pressure in the shower was low. The room safe was coming out of the wall. The grounds of the hotel was amazing and the restaurants are superb. Water stations need to be closer to the rooms. I enjoyed the gym facilities.

The best Birthday vacation!!!
If I could give this review a 10 I would. I had a wonderful time at the Coral. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. My stay there was so peaceful and the room was immaculate.I went the week of Jan-20 -26th for my Birthday celebration with my Granddaughter and we had a blast. The weather was perferct and moving around was even better. No large crowds to worry about. January, will always be the perfert month for me to return. I would like to say... Thanks to all of the STAFF at Atlantis that made my birthday week a Memorable one in 2025!!!🤗

Unfriendly and average experience
Half of the staff were not friendly at all. Probably because 15% tip was already baked into everything we purchased. I’ve never had this experience before at a resort, and I’ve been to many. The lobby was always freezing cold. I asked the resort managers every day to turn the temperature up and it never happened. Even the staff said they were freezing cold and everyone working there had on jackets. Rooms were ok. Average at best. Everything was way overpriced for the average experience. Won’t be coming back any time soon.

Beautiful
Beautiful area, helpful staff, glad we took the journey… was our first trip to resort, definitely will do again… weather was beautiful, was nice leaving sub artic temps, to enjoy a week in the mid 70s… worst thing honestly, was checking out to go back to reality

Not the same value as past years
I hate leaving this review, as we’ve been fairly satisfied guests the past few years, but the quality has declined drastically. The hotel itself has gotten tired— the elevators are rarely working, the water pressure was awful, the front desk staff seemingly goes out of their way to decline any request big or small. While the Atlantis as a whole is decent as far as cleanliness, things to do, and the staff (AMAZING aside from front desk), the lunch options are awful, everything is WILDLY overpriced, and we just aren’t getting the same value anymore. I think if the hotels themselves (we’ve also stayed at Royal x2) stepped it up, they reevaluated the F&B programs especially at breakfast and much outlets, and they coached front desk staff to actually try and help guests instead of shooting down every request then it would would stand a chance against competitors like Baha Mar.
