Family friendly resort! Staff was great, kids club was perfect for our kids aged 5 and 9. They pick and choose whoch activities to attend. Resort is rundown, but staff was amazing and very accomadting. Buffet food was great, no complaints, lots of choices for adults and kids. There was different entertainment each night. Would definitely go back with the kids.

Bellboys Christian and Oscar was great and fun! Liked the resort. Kid friendly. Not a fan of the charge per hour after you check out. Would have like different games for adults during the day instead of watching the same ones. Staff great tho.

Great staff
Staff is wonderful, never have to wait long to be served a drink pool side and beachside. Staff keep the resort tidy, nice landscaping. Bell-men Christian and Oscar very friendly and hard working. Short cab ride to Malecon from resort. Overall good experience.

Cristian and Oscar were amazing when we got on and off the cars always with the same positive energy!! Food was good service was spot on room service was ok good friendly except for the lobby sharks lost a shirt and no one stole it they left it there for us ready for pick up

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta
Yes the Sunscape could use some updating , but what I spent for a week there was well worth it! The buffet is a buffet! You’ll find good, and not so good. The Italian restaurant was really good and so was the Mexican. The beach and pool are both nice! Drinks were abundant and staff was pleasant!
