The staff was very kind and understanding, they were not pushy and offered many services for me and my family. The ocean view was amazing, looking over the ocean sunset every night was quite a treat. All around great experience would recommend!

Great hospitality
Great service from this resort and every time we needed help with Taxi or Uber, the Bell Men Cristian, Casimiro, Oscar, Josue. Conveniently located between the airport and Malecon/downtown area. The resort is on the smaller side but the hospitality is superb. All staff are friendly and warm. So many different activities throughout the day. We also enjoyed grill night on the beach all inclusive.

Amazing
Christian from the bell boys was very helpful and friendly like family, Ivan was great at the Italian restaurant with the Spanish coffee, my man Miguel was awesome service at sea side grill, very nice resort would definitely recommend, come again

Feb 22, 20253rd time back to Sunscape and we look forward to our 4th.
Sunscape is an older resort but well maintained and clean with very friendly staff. The location is perfect being next to the La Isla shopping center and a quick taxi ride downtown to the El Malecon. The food and drink options were very good for an all inclusive resort.

Sunny getaway
Oscar was awesome . Staff was really friendly. It was easy to get off and back into the resort. The food was adequate. It could use more music around the pool during the day. Could also use an extra bartender during peak hours. But all in all we had a great time.
