Cristian and ignacio were great!! Very professional and treated us very well!!! Great people. We had an amazing time and will be back to visit the wonderful resort. We enjoyed the city tour and hanging out on the beach and at the resort. Oscar was great also!!!

Fun
Had a lot of fun Christian oscario ignacio angel bell boys were so friendly and awesome they always made sure I got a safe ride and the staff were so accommodating to me. My stay at the hotel was beautiful full of fun things to do. My favourite part was the free alcohol and food

The customer service was wonderful Christian and Oscar gave us wonderful service for our luggage’s food was great Mario gave us wonderful service in the buffet. Pool and ocean very clean. Met a lot of people and everyday was 28 in this wonderful place called paradise

Sensationnal! As they say !
The bells Boys Cristian & Oscar were wonderfull! They were smiley and they made our experience unique! The stay in the resort Was awesome too. It was clean and the food was great. We recommend you to come visit them and all the other employees! They're perfect!

Fun in the sun
Resort overall was good. Sun club got you into a beach area that wasn’t packed, always a seat! Yes the food was always the same. De Mario’s was super good. Buffet was a buffet. Drinks were good. We overall enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice location, no rocks on the beach. Rooms were dark in the washroom but I wouldn’t complain! We weren’t in the room except to sleep. Balcony on the 18th floor had a beautiful view. Bellboys, Christian, Ignatio and Oscar were stellar.
