Great, quiet, convenient to Disneyland
I researched several hotels and am very happy I decided on this one. Our room, 420, was 4th/top floor so no one above us. The suite was very spacious with a walk in closet, a sitting area with a couch, a nook with small refrigerator and microwave, shelves and a place to keep snacks etc. The bathroom was large with a good size counter at the sink. It was a fireworks view which I recommend if you're able to reserve this. Parking was easy, staff was gracious and welcoming. I hope to return and stay here again some day!

Keep up the good work
We first went to SpringHill Suites when the brand first opened (Washington DC area) and that was the last time we had stayed at this chain. It was new and quite different from other places to stay. It was very modern with all geometric patterns and unusual floor plan. The staff always greeted you on entry and exit. Many years later we have recently visited Disneyland after meeting up (brought out the grandkids with our son-in-law) with our daughter who went to Anaheim on business and stayed at the Maingate SpringHill Suites . It has changed the way it looks but is still a great place for families. The basic floor plan is the same but the design is now more traditional. What has not changed is their commitment to cleanliness and to the guest. The staff was very friendly and helpful with their still ever present greetings. The lobby is well appointed and they run holiday programs for the kids there. The rooms were spotless and while they are not a luxury hotel, you are treated with respect and as a valued customer. The rooms are pleasant with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The shower was a bit on the smallish side (we are small in stature and felt slightly cramped) but that is made up with comfy towels and nice fresh bedding. I like the room divider though I think it reflects the AC as it blew on us all night long so the room temperature was a bit difficult to adjust. This was not a big issue. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was well stocked and maintained by the breakfast crew, especially in view of the many families that inhabited the hotel due to its proximity to DLP/California Adventure. The included Breakfast was packed every morning. Convenient, you could walk to the parks if you wanted but it was less than a 5 minute drive. The costs were very reasonable and I highly recommend this location for families. Keep up the good work.

Shout out to Gladys
We recently stayed at the Springhill Main Gate, our go-to hotel whenever we visit Southern California. I have to give a huge shoutout to Gladys, who has been an incredible help every step of the way. From booking our reservation to taking care of us during our stay, Gladys has always greeted us with a warm smile and a contagious laugh. She truly feels like a friend, and we can't recommend her enough. Springhill on Ball Road in Anaheim is the perfect choice—tucked away from the busy main strip, it's quiet, kid-friendly, and the staff is fantastic. Thank you, Gladys, for everything you've done for us. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

A nice stay!
Not much to complain about this hotel! It wasn't too noisy/busy, the location isn't hard to get to, the beds were comfy enough, the free breakfast had a more than satisfactory selection (don't expect anything too fancy), there was a good amount of parking stalls, and it was a relatively short drive to Honda Center. It's also on the border of Disneyland which seems to be the primary goal of the people staying here. The only thing I would complain about is the shower's hot water pressure being extremely high -- I may as well have been showering in a hurricane. I wouldn't let that stop me from coming back though, the convenience of everything else is enough for me if I'm ever in the area again.

Great base camp for Disney!
We are a family of 3 and stayed at the Springhill Suites Maingate while visiting the Disneyland resort for a few days in May 2024. The hotel is well within walking distance to Downtown Disney which was a perfect base for us to explore from. We took the Monorail from downtown to Disneyland the first day and quite often found ourselves back downtown for dinners and a character breakfast (that was definitely worth it). The hotel’s breakfast was great for us to fuel up on and even had some gluten free bagels for us (although you had to ask). The rooms are a great size for us all to sprawl out and the beds were comfortable after full days at the park. The value for the money here was top notch. Would highly recommend.
