    J.P. The valet guy was great, great customer service. Friendly attitude and even gave great restaurant recommendations! Always upbeat and ready to help when we arrived at the hotel. We definitely will return and use valet! JP thanks for making our stay great!

    VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. No help with luggage. Room old and in great need of modernisation. Bathroom was worse

    Luggage. No help taking it to room Room tired old and in need of modernisation. Bathroom tap jammed, shower spray ineffective. The old Bath almost on the floor, Room cold, room thermostat can’t be programme, another room offered but too much trouble to move.. retuning at 11.30 pm, room not cleaned. No towels, or bed made. The floor was filthy. We were given a free breakfast voucher, then the waiter gave us a bill, and said not fully complimentary. Reception staff were amazing, especially Jet and Rosa, our grateful thanks to them. They deserve to be rewarded, Having stayed at Sonesta Hotels, my biggest mistake was booking the Sonesta at Fort Lauderdale.

    Rosa was awesome!

    Rosa was the best. She greeted us right away upon arrival. Our flight came in early and she kindly explained all of our options and informed us about the hotel’s rewards program. Thank you Rosa for your hospitality and helping us to start our vacation on a good note!

    The entire staff, especially Andrea treated us with such respect and kindness throughout our entire duration.

    This is our second stay at this particular Sonesta hotels. From the moment we arrived this past Sunday evening, our first night we were met with such professionalism. The entire stay exceeded our high expectations. We can't wait to return for our third visit in the very near future.

    Best spot on the beach!

    After trying the big 3 in Fort Lauderdale on TripAdvisor, I wanted to try something with a brand, and I must say I am impressed! Great food in the lobby bar, a clean and quiet room, and close enough to the strip to enjoy but far enough away to a quiet beach day! I love this hotel and I plan on returning soon!
