Front desk’s Aveny and Ichel were very friendly and very helpful. Easy check in process. Room was great with comfortable beds and pillows. Also clean as expected. Pool area was clean as well, the kids had a blast. Overall the three day stay was great.

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel it’s so nice and feels luxurious. The staff is welcoming as soon as you walk in especially Ichel she was amazing and very good at helping us with anything . I will definitely continue booking here ! Most hotels you struggle to find parking and here there were so many places to park. Only like a ten minute drive to Disneyland.

Anaheim is a great place overall and this hotel room is very and neat, also very clean! Customer service is great, and very sweet and kind. I would recommend them to friends and family especially for their low prices! My stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Front desk excellent service
Ichel and Hazel went above and beyond my car was crash in the parking lot with a guest vehicle and I forgot to put the tag on my car. They look and try to find the room number of the license plate of my car and they found me it was the call at 10:30pm and I thank him for all they did.

Fab Experience in this budget hotel!
I stayed here for 1 week during the first week in December 2024. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The hotel room was extremely spacious, the beds comfy. he room was serviced and when I asked for extra towels etc they were brought to us without delay. The local Art bus picks you up at the door practically and drops you right off at Disneyland. We bought a 5 day pass which was 25.00 dollars per adult and can jump on and off the bus daily. There is an app that you download so easy to use. I went to the local outlets and supermarket and used Uber no problem and less than 12 dollars each way. There is a restaurant onsite which met our needs had a great burger and staff were lovely. We used Uber eats also. There is no restaurants to walk to but are only a short ride away. The hotel has a coffee bar in the morning, coffee is lovely and served by a lovely lady. Wish I remembered her name as she gets a huge thumbs up from me. Front staff were welcoming and friendly and answered questions without any difficulty. In room there a coffee machine and microwave and WIFI which is free. The only gripe if I had one would be that the aircon was very noisy. I would recommend this hotel it suited our budget and I would definitely stay again if I returned. I had no difficulty getting around from this location. Overall this hotel gets a big thumbs up from me and I will hopefully be back some time in the future.
