Jul 15, 2025Dirty Comforter
Blood stains on comforter, room wasn't clean when I checked in. They are lying when they say the check each room before check in. Pool was dirty, they only had one working dryer for all 900 rooms. The GM was no help, in retropect, I should have made a bigger deal about the blood on the comforter, but not wanting to be THAT PERSON, I just let it go and an accepted the free parking.... make sure you check everything before , and if something is not right, demand they make it right, for the amount you are paying you deserve it.

A great place to stay with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Made the first trip to Disneyland easier. It was just wonderful

Disappointing
Just got back from 5 night stay, visiting Disney parks and LA. Most of the staff were helpful. Did not care for Avery, he acted as though any question about transportation was putting him out. Rooms were pretty clean. Beds were comfortable but small. Liked having the refrigerator and microwave. The water pressure for showers and flushing toilets was bad. Housekeeping never came-had to ask for trash bags and towels.. We ordered groceries from Walmart through Door Dash, and they were stolen. Hotel policy has these orders set on a small table in lobby where anyone can take them. I’m used to Disney World resorts where they will hold them for guests. Manager said that they would not do this. We found the app and transportation to be a bit confusing. Thankfully other guests helped with this. Overall, it was ok. We would probably go elsewhere next time. Not sure why it’s called a Disney good neighbor hotel.

Icha is an incredible front desk host - she was so kind and helpful. Would come back just because of her! Great Staff. I also like the pizza at the hotel bar. Nice place to relax after a long day at Disney, Affordable with good transportation options
