Worst hotel MOLD in rooms
Room quality was a major letdown. Mold, mildew, and inadequate cleaning made for an unpleasant stay. With only one restaurant open outside, options were limited. We were moved to multiple rooms, but the issues remained unresolved. Wouldn't recommend. Have pictures to prove !!

Thanks Coach Jillian!
We recently had a great stay at Sirata Beach resort, St Pete Beach. Our first morning we were lucky enough to find Jillian Dzieciol who ran a morning fitness class among other activities for the hotel. She took our 4yr old on the beach and spent prob 45min with her doing a warm up and a full agility course with her..She was outgoing, energetic, engaging and knowledgeable. My daughter was fully involved with her the whole time while my husband and I sat for a relaxing breakfast on the patio. Coach Jillian was really fabulous!!!! Our daughter had a blast and came back wiped! I think the hotel needs to advertise more for this because I think others would fully enjoy this. There really wasn't any info about these activities and I feel like more guests would be involved if they had the info. Luckily Jillian approached us and I'm glad she did! We were hoping to do more activities with her during the week but our schedules didn't allow for it. We look forward to our return!

Sirata fitness program
I live in Canada, just spent 10 beautiful days at the Sirata hotel. The weather was fabulous. I would also like to give a special mention to a beautiful young lady ,Jillian who runs the fitness program there. Her knowledge and encouragement certainly made my stay very enjoyable!

A great experience!
We absolutely loved our room on the 8th floor of building 1. Many rooms are newly renovated, so be sure to ask for one. We had a great beach front view and enjoyed sunsets everyday. Our friends who came with us did not get a renovated room and were not happy during their stay. They had problems with their plumbing and were moved to a different room with many problems there as well. The rum runners restaurant was wonderful - the food was always very good. Their provide live music every day as well. This hotel had the feel of a resort!

Overpriced and dirty
We were given a queen room for 4 people when a king suite was booked, 4 people had to sleep in the same bedroom. The room was very dirty with mold all over the bathroom and smelled like cigarette smoke. We had asked to be moved to the correct room or a room that did not smell of smoke due to medical conditions and were told there were no rooms available. There was no electricity in the middle of the night. The walls had scribbles all over them and there were burns in the couch with holes. Very unprofessional that we were not accommodated with a new room AND we were not credited or refunded any amount for our stay. Outrageous to pay close to $600 a night for this accommodation.
